Complete with it\`s own private, screened swimming pool over-looking a small lake with pine trees beyond it is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The villa is situated in a quiet location offering easy access to Disney World which will take about 15 minutes by car. This vacation home is also well placed for all the other major attractions in the Disney area. Westridge has tennis courts, volleyball and a childrens play area available. Westridge is located on US27 at the west end of Highway 192 which is home to many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and a multitude of restaurants catering for a variety of tastes and price brackets. There is a newly built Publix supermarket within 5 minutes drive of your villa. Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. Your luxury vacation home has it\`s own swimming pool which is fully screened and those who fancy an early morning wake up swim will appreciate the convenience of having pool access direct from the master bedroom via patio doors. The home has electric pool heating if required for the colder months. Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine. The two story accommodation comprises of four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area. The spacious accommodation also has a large family room with access to the patio and pool area through sliding doors, a separate living area and a further formal dining area. There is also a large double garage attached which houses the games room including the pool and foosball table. The separate laundry room houses a washing machine and tumble drier. On the ground floor the master bedroom is fitted with a King size bed and has an en-suite bathroom attached. There is a 32" flat screen in the master bedroom. The remaining three bedrooms are on the second floor along with a further full bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each have two twin beds and the fourth bedroom has a queen size bed. The twin bedroom both have flatscreen TV\`s and there is also a 32" flatscreen in the queen room. Your luxury Westridge vacation home is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned. The lounge has a 42" flatscreen connected to the cable network is provided in the lounge plus DVD playe.. Access to the villa is by key pad which removes the need to collect and return keys from our management company. Wireless internet is installed.The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, juicer, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. One night the house alarm started to repetitively beep due to battery failure and a TV didn’t work properly. The football table is broken and the pool table is still usable but not in good shape. Overall enjoyed our trip to Disney and would go again. We enjoyed the pool and the conservation behind us was very neat. We got to see an alligator once a day, my kids loved it! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and basic stuff so that made cooking and eating there easy. We fit very comftably with a party of 8\. There were several things that we did not enjoy though. The TVs are all very old, meaning no option to stream anything. They did have cable, but it was a very limited channel selection. We just found this off putting in 2025\. Of course we were busy during the day, but at night if you just want to cozy up and watch whatever after a long day....dont count on that here. The overall condition of the property seemed a bit run down. There were scuffs on the walls and the showers both looked like they could use some love. The upstairs shower has no ventilation and there appears to be alarms on the windows so we just kind of dealt with the humidity after the showers. Im sure the property owner pays someone to maintain this property. It just appeared that it hasnt been maintained well. Nothing, that made me feel like we couldn't or shoudn't stay, just lots of little things. We did have enough towels but not wash cloths. So you may want to bring those. There also was no grill as the description said there was. Overall, we would say our stay was Ok! The house was affordable to stay at and achieved what we needed it for. ##### Kayla P. But, based on the write up and price, we felt we could do a little cleaning if needed when we arrived.The list of CONS severely outweighed the Pros and we caution anyone else considering staying here. The listing calls out “luxury” and “updated” amenities. That is honestly a stretch considering there were numerous spots of unpainted wall repairs, dirt and dust covering quite a few surfaces and multiple living ROACHES on the main level that made their way in our suitcases prior to our departure. We also found: Pack’n’plays were stained and one was damaged; Listing mentioned a vacuum, but none found so relied on a broom bought by another renter (saw it in her review); One of the twin beds was unusable as the springs were visibly falling out from under the bed; Majority of the blinds were broken, cracked and dirty; There was an outlet plate with a screw setting that was broken. Without the cord, the plate would have been on the floor. Definitely a HUGE safety concern.; Pots and pans had handles falling off; Listing mentioned a 15 min drive to Disney. We found it was a min of 35-45 minutes every time we went to the parks/Disney Springs; Paid extra for pool heat and were required to pay for entire stay. Don’t believe heat kicked on until the third day. Contacted property manager but no reply; Broken pool toys; just to mention a few things concerns... ##### Ashley S. We had to scrub clean the patio table as it was also covered in slime and mould, the seats are also in a poor state. The pool area wasn’t pleasant either again having green mould and debris everywhere. The insect net has not been maintained and the roof is covered in hanging growths. Its also falling down, its been bridged with a beam but that has come out of its mountings and is hanging by a thread. The front of the property especially the porch windows at the top have not been cleaned in a long time and doesn’t let a lot of light in. We have had large cockroaches in the bedroom drawer, bathroom and kitchen so treatment needs updating. The advertised photos of the table football and pool in the garage need removing as the pool table cloth is torn and the table footballs handles are broken. One of the sliding bug doors was jammed partially over the exit as it had come of the runners and the other I noticed leaning against the side wall. Just needs some serious TLC we notified 1st Orland of the issues along with pictures and their response was "we want you to enjoy your holiday and always make sure our villas are kept well but if you want anything doing please send a list..." 2 days before we left they cleaned the pool area.... ##### Ron F. Sep 2, 2022 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED This is our seventh trip to Florida and the worst by far, the management company 1st for Orlando and VRBO should not be allowed to rent this villa. We opened the door after a 13 hours journey to a stagnant smell throughout the property to discover the garage area and so called ‘Games room’ was flooded and giving off a pungent stale odour rendering it unusable with a son who unfortunately suffers with chronic asthma this wasn’t ideal as we walked through the property it was clear this wasn’t the only problem, within five minutes my youngest son came to me with a rusty screw stuck in the bottom of his foot left there by the sliding door handle off to a great start! The kitchen was beyond filthy, food had been left in draws to fester adding to the already pungent odour within the property. All cutlery and glassware were highly unsanitary a fair percentage looked to be used and then placed back in the cupboard? The cleanliness of the property was null and void, glass tables were thick with grease, chandeliers we’re covered with thick dust, the sofa was heavily stained, all bed sheets were torn and stained with what looked to be blood? Sockets were not fixed into the walls leaving exposed wires, all of the windows were green with algae and black mould was present around all of the glass and seals. This time round my wife and I agreed not to do the theme parks meaning we would spend time in the villa and have beach days when we drew back the curtain and saw the pool it was green you physically could not see to the bottom, the walls of the pool were coated in algae whilst the water was covered in an oily slick, there were also numerous tiles broken off leaving sharp exposed edges, the pool area itself was disgusting and so slippery it made it dangerous. This wasn’t unfortunately the worst this there was a dead mole in the pool how long it was there I’m really not sure, after 16 days and a serious amount of effort from the pool guy it was clear and useable. The property is littered with cockroaches even after the bug guy came out and sprayed thoroughly they kept coming back in almost every room of the house, the pool area had to have a red ants nest removed and the bedroom at the far back of the house was infested with a black ants nest. The security of the property is non existent, there is no safe code and the front door could open with a good gust of wind, complaining to 1st for Orlando does nothing there liars you should be disgusted ##### Andrew T. We had the best time watching them, to the point of buying a tactical flashlight & binoculars from Walmart lol.. People have clearly been feeding them in the back yard. None came up close but we did get lots of pictures. The house was laid out great. Soo much space. Our grandkids had a blast in the garden tub & pool. Buy or bring towels & washclothes, we bought a 12 dollar set at Walmart & all was perfect. You can use the washer anytime. Bring toilet tissue, paper towels, dish liquid ect. The normal stuff that your family uses daily. There was a starter kit but if you are anything like our family, you will use alot of everything. The only thing that wasn't the greatest is the ac. It has to stay between 72-78\. 72 was fine as we had no other choice. There was 1 working box fan & thank God we all brought our fans we normally use at home. Nights & mornings were perfect but I could not imagine it had it been hotter than 90 during the day. The vaulted windows bring in alot of sun. All & all, we will definitely stay here again. It was close to perfect. Also, if you book, don't freak out when your messages are not answered. I emailed through VRBO several times & was a little worried until we got our code & got there. The young ladies at the actual office were very helpful & comforting and answered all my questions. The listing says it has a grill, the girls in the office confirmed that it doesn't.
