I went to a concert at Kia Center, quick walk to and from venue.. just please be aware of a lot of homeless people on walk. We were in a group so all was well.

Everything is clean and taken care of, but $75 per night incase the room is damaged is a bit much.

Stay was comfortable. Nice to have a Starbucks on site. However, valet parking is much too pricey! You have no other option to park (due to safety, street parking, meters, etc.).

I got charged twice for the same room and i tried discussing that with the guy at front desk before i paid again. And i wasnt happy. To later find out all of my money was taken off my card. Manager fixed it after i addressed it twice. Which is very unprofessional!!!

Nickel and dime racket. There is no parking available for a full priced hotel. I would think Hilton, a multi-million dollar brand would invest in providing parking to their customers. There is nothing luxurious about $32 a night valet parking — it is an inconvenience. Upon arrival I was told that breakfast was available in the morning on the second floor. The elevator wouldn’t even go to the second floor and when I went to the lobby there was breakfast but at the cost of $18 to start and extra fees to add on premiums. Bagels are premiums in America. They are imported. So posh. My car ended up getting towed when I parked in an adjacent public parking lot. I followed the instructions: paid the parking and printed and displayed on my dashboard Yet it was towed and I have to $150 to get it back. I’m sure Hilton and this lot are collaborating on shill business practices. I see why the stars were low and I’ll be sending them lower.
