The throw pillows were noticeably worn out. Again, not the biggest deal. We would absolutely rent from this company again! The responsiveness of the property manager was excellent! The mattresses were older and not very comfortable. The pillows were flat. Other than that it wasn’t a bad place to stay. We liked that there were two floors and on a quiet street. A great location, nice and quiet and the check in went very smoothly. The home was equipped with everything we needed. We were expecting a landline because cell plans are very expensive when traveling from Canada. When I contacted the property manager, I was told some homes have phones and others don't and they just send out a general email saying a phone was included, so that is the only thing we were a bit disappointed with.
