This is not only a rental property, our home is furnished and decorated to the highest standard and offers you the amenities of a 5-star resort combined with the space and style of a family home. Whether you are planning a busy, fun filled family vacation at the many theme parks, or looking forward to a relaxing break around the pool, located in Orlando Florida's most prestigious, gated vacation resort, offer you the best of both worlds.

Living Areas
This villas features a professionally decorated, spacious family room with multi-channel TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi high speed internet that overlook the pool and patio area. The upgraded kitchen has all the appliances and comforts of home including granite worktops, the dining room has plenty of room to enjoy meals together and there is plenty of seating poolside for dining along with loungers for catching some sun.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The bedrooms of this property continue the high end fixtures and furnishings. The first master bedroom features a large king bed with walk in wardrobe and large en-suite including corner tub and large walk-in shower. Master bedrooms two feature one king and have walk in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. The final three bedrooms feature has two queen and full beds, one with fun Star war decor and the other with Pirates decor furnishings so the children will undoubtedly have a memorable experience. All bedrooms have high end linens and towels to keep you comfortable during your stay.

The resort is ideally located right off Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee with easy access to the major attractions; Disney World, Universal Studios & SeaWorld. Spectacular outlet shopping is minutes away and two of the top 10 outlet malls in the country are nearby. Any type of dining you desire, from popular chain restaurants to fine dining are a quick drive from the resort.

The Hideaway Club featuring a resort style pool and lazy river, two water slides and a huge kids splash park. Kayak rentals are available for relaxing on the lake surrounding the resort. The family will love the 9-hole mini golf course and sand volleyball courts. The fitness center offers state-of-the-art equipment and is open for extended hours for our guests. Enjoy the full liquor bar at the outdoor Tiki bar while ordering your favorite food poolside. Save room for ice cream sundaes from the poolside Ice Cream shop.

The pictures don’t do justice! This house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spacious. The beds were super comfy and the extra soft blankets were helpful. While the kitchen had most of the necessities, we could have used more garbage bags and toilet paper. For 8 guests, the house provided one roll of low quality tp in each bathroom with only one spare in the entire house for a 4 night stay. It wasn’t an issue purchasing our own, but unexpected. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay! The owner also was very timely in their responses. Thanks so much.

Home description

When we booked our stay at the Home it has showed that the home had a patio set near the pool, which is one thing we look for because it’s usually about five of us and we like to sit out there and eat breakfast, etc. we arrived at the property. This was taken away, and I mentioned it to the manager that was booking the property and he said they must have taken it away, but I have pictures to upload and I told him that we should have been informed before we were to arrive at the property in enough time to let us know that the property had changed the description. The property was not properly clean inside. There was mold in a mushroom growing near one of the tubs in the master bedroom. I contacted the property manager who was booking the property in said most likely the owner was not going to give us any conversation for the way we found the property. I have not heard from the owner of the property manager booking the property since May 24 when I arrived back Home.

Nice House Overall

This is a beautiful house in a fun community! The decor is very nice and our kids had fun in pool! Some areas to improve…overall comfort was good! However, the pillows need replaced as they were very uncomfortable and worn out. The air conditioning was locked at 74 degrees which is fine during the day but too hot to sleep! The master bath only had two clean towels and one wash cloth. Hand towels would be a nice addition. Last- not the owners fault at all but there was a break in right next door during out stay which was concerning. For a gated community, the gate was open our entire stay and we never saw any security.

Great spot for Disney

The house was exactly as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and it was great for everyone to have their own bathroom. We loved the location for visiting Disney parks and having a Publix right there to hit on the way home was so convenient. Check in was seamless. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

Had a fun 7 day stay. Location was great for Disney and only an hour plus to fun ocean beach. Easy walk to pool and lazy river. House was great with room for all. I would have liked more information on things we would need to buy such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap etc. Next time would not pay extra for pool heat. Would recommend this for anyone who wants a great home for a family vacation.

Excellent location for the Disney and Universal Parks. Nice pool and hot tub or you can walk a short distance to the neighborhood clubhouse pool, lazy river, putt-putt! Every bedroom has its own bathroom, very convenient for getting ready for events.

The house was nice and communication with the owner started out good but the power went out for 5 hours at some point where the AC started blowing hot air after it came back on. It was 84 degrees in the house for the remainder of the trip and we couldn’t get in touch with the owner.
