This home features 4 bedrooms, including one conveniently located on the first floor, perfect for guests who prefer fewer stairs. Another upstairs bedroom has a bathroom right next to it, offering extra comfort and privacy. All rooms are thoughtfully furnished for a relaxing stay.  
Main Living Areas:  
On the first floor, you will find an integrated open-layout kitchen, a cozy TV room, and a spacious dining area—perfect for gathering with family and friends.  
The screened patio offers privacy and comfort, featuring a private pool and a BBQ grill.  
• BBQ use requires a US$ 60.00 fee and must be requested in advance.  
• Pool heating is optional at US$ 40.00/day and must be requested at least 5 days before check-in.  
• For last-minute reservations, ask for availability. If possible, a US$ 50.00 activation fee applies for sending someone to turn it on. The same rule applies if heating is requested during the stay.
