Lovely experience

The house was espectacular to join with family and friend, the kids love it. The communication was outstanding. I wish stay more time, I definitely I will go again.

A kid’s dream

Great house for kids and adults. The kids were occupied with all the games and especially the Minions room. The adults all had comfortable king beds and nice bathrooms. The location was a little far from Universal studios with traffic. Glad we stayed here!

Disappointed

We booked this listing for a couple of nights before heading to our final destination of St Augustine. Two days prior to our arrival I had requested that the hot tub be heated (which oddly was an additional fee… I mean, it is a hot tub). I didn’t get a response until after we had checked in and was told that the equipment was broke. I was offered 100 refund but it would have been nice to know prior to our arrival. The screen to the patio door is completely non existent, there was sawdust covering all of the patio and furniture on the second level. The first morning we discovered that the coffee making didn’t work and although there was also a keurig, we had bought ground coffee. Additionally, at least 2 of the lounge chairs on the pool deck were broke and we also found 2 nails on the pool deck. Thankfully no one stepped on them. I sent a message as I discovered the issues without a response. The house has potential to be a really great rental but needs to be maintained.

Family DevOCEAN

We had a 4 generation vacation and this home was able to accommodate all of us. The space was great, the kids loved their room, and there was a lot at the house for entertainment. We went to several parks, out to eat several times, golfing, and an escape room. I don’t think anything was more than 30 minutes from the house. Several of us love to golf and the resort has 3 nice challenging courses. We used the pool everyday and really enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a long day at the parks.

Such a FUN home!

This home was exactly as pictured! So much fun for the kids and plenty of room. We will definitely stay here again. The location was perfect, a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. Close to parks.

Nice child friendly layover

We spent the night here on our way down to the Keys. We were pleasantly surprised by the awesome theater and video game console. The children’s Minion room was fantastic. The only thing I would say is the cleanliness could be improved a bit. The host was very amenable and easy to get in touch with.

Fun House! Perfect for our stay!

I stay in many homes, this was top 5. It had everything for every age group. Centrally, located to all the parks, restaurants and shopping. Pool and courtyard was a nice addition as well.

Great house!

Was a great house for ages 4-63. There was something for everyone and it was only a twenty minute ride to Disney. Would absolutely stay here again!

Best Vacation Home Ever!!!

We had a party of 16 and had plenty of room. The kids LOVED the minion room and the pool! Everything was clean and well maintained. The mattresses were all SUPER comfortable as well. The owner was amazing and always responded in a timely manner. We are definitely going to be staying here again!!!!

Great family vacation rental

Family vacation

This is an amazing house and has something for everyone from age 2-65. Our grandkids had the best time swimming in the pool and playing all the arcade games. The owner was always quick to answer any questions. Hope to come back here soon someday. I highly recommend this home.

Awesome House

We had an amazing time at this house! The furniture was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the showers were great. Plenty of bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. We enjoyed the game room and theater, my kids also loved the minion room. It is close to Disney world and also has wonderful playgrounds and things to do inside the reunion resort as well. We would definitely recommend this house to vacation at. Wonderful owners, beautiful home and great location!

Great home for large family vacation for a reasonable price

Our family of nine adults and six grandchildren enjoyed our stay. Minion room was a big hit with our grandchildren. Plenty of bedrooms and beds (four Kings) to sleep comfortably for the adults. Home is a "gamers" paradise with some "vintage" games for the older folk. Furnishings in the living room areas were a bit "used" and dated, but understandable since the home caters to families with younger kids that are generally harder on the furnishings. Make sure you factor-in the $50/day fee for pool heat. Overall, really nice home for the price!

Fabulous & Fun

We love this house! It is the best for a family with kids - lots of room to spread out & fun games for the little kids & big kids 😆 Our 4 grandsons had so much fun in the minions room!! We took advantage of the warm December weather to swim in the pool. Awesome location close to stores, restaurants & Disney❣️ Owner & manager were very nice & easy to work with making reservation & arrival info. Highly recommend this property. It really added to our family’s fun vacation 🤩

House is beautiful. Great location close to all parks. Only one issue. We arrived and called the management as the stove top did not work. They never came to fix it. Other than that...house is perfect. Plenty of space. Clean. Pool is nice for a quick dip. Water park is nice. Game room/theater room is awesome. Family loved it! Would love to come back again soon!

Nice getaway

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time. The place is near sought out attractions in Orlando and surrounding areas. We only got to use the pool one night. But that was no fault of the property the weather was just not cooperative. The kids were able to enjoy the game room/theatre room on the cooler nights. Property was as described and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. We had one concern during our stay and that was corrected immediately. ( air condition unit was frozen from previous renter.. nothing major) Thank you for a great stay. We hope to come back again soon.
