Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service. 7\. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know. 8.This will be a self-catering house. \*\*\*Expansion of the pool deck at the Clubhouse starts March 10, 2025. As part of this process, the pool and hot tub will be temporarily closed as needed due to wind direction and other factors from Thursday, March 27,2025 through Thursday, April 3,2025. During this time, the Tiki Bar will also be closed as needed based on construction activity and safety considerations.
