The Peninsula - Villa with Pool Conservation Area View

Why settle for a motel room or a condo or a townhouse if you can have a whole house (with pool) to yourself and your family? This stunning 4 bedroom 2/1/2 bath 2 story house borders on a wildlife canal and conservation area . Yet it is sequested within the High Grove Resort that features a clubhouse that features a large heated pool, a hot tub, an exercise facility, an electronic game room and pool table. This home features a spacious master bedroom suite with a king size bed and a 32' LCD TV. The second master bedroom features another king size bed and a 32' LCD TV. The other two bedrooms each have 2 twin beds and an 32' LCD TV. The living room features a 50' HD LCD TV w/ Blu-Ray DVD player. Unit includes free local and US telephone calling and free wifi internet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Linens and bath towels are provided. Has a beautiful 12' x 30' private pool that faces the wildlife canal and conservation area. This is a perfect place to relax after a day at the parks.

Unwind after a day at the parks and relax in the full size private swimming with its screened lanai and eating area while watching the sun go down over the canal and wilderness area while sand hill cranes and other water birds feed at the waters edge. Or spend some time in the garage game room playing air hockey, pool, foosball, darts, or table tennis. A new stronger air-conditioner was installed recently, after feedback from guests, to make sure the guests can cool down after a long day.

High Grove - Clermont, Florida is an upscale gated community located just 6 miles from Walt Disney World. This luxury resort sits nestled just outside of Orlando, Florida and has quickly become one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area. During your stay you will enjoy this well appointed home that has been designed and decorated to provide you and your family an abundance of luxury amenities and leaves you well equipped to vacation with all the usual items you would expect to find at home. High Grove Resort is only a 30 minute drive from the Orlando International Airport, and is situated central to all if Orlando's famous attractions. Belle maison très propre

Nous étions un groupe de 4 gars pour un séjour de golf. La maison est tel que décrite et est très propre. La communication était très facile avec le propriétaire. C'est une belle maison, un peu vieillot, mais rien pour déranger. Seul petit bémol, 2 des lits étaient très mou et aurait besoin d'être changé. Aussi, il faut prévoir tout tout tout, nous avons du acheter du Savon à vaisselle, à lave vaisselle, du papier d'aluminium, des lingettes pour la vaisselle, etc. Il n'y a rien de fourni. Faut simplement le savoir en prévoyant son épicerie. Sinon en conclusion nous y retournerions sans hésitation.

Everything was just as described. The only recommendations would be to bring Roku sticks because the tvs are not smart tvs. Also, be aware that the cleaning crew will be there waiting for you to exit the premise. We felt rushed to leave as they arrived at around 9:30.

Relaxing get away with active conservation area.

Great quiet spot in the Four Corners area. House is quite comfortable and met all our needs. Spent a fair amount of time relaxing in the sun by the pool and the conservation area. There was a good bit of daily action in the conservation area. The bird action was abundant. There are very large turtles and some smaller alligators that would catch the morning sun on the South bank of the conservation area. There are a large number of otters that were seen playing together in the pond. The house is located conveniently close to all the Orlando attractions in a nice safe gated community.

20 Minute Drive to the Disney Parks, Nice and Quiet Neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to several grocery stores, gas stations, and quick places to eat. The neighborhood was gated and really quiet; we loved the neighborhood! It was a 20-30 minute drive to the Disney parks, which may sound like a lot, but it was great for us. We had lots of early mornings and even stayed late one night and wouldn’t change anything about the location. The house was nice, but shows a little wear. We didn’t mind one bit because everything worked perfectly and was nice and clean. This place was a great fit for our family and was super comfortable. My kids loved the game space in the garage! The owners were super responsive to messages and even helped accommodate a larger party than originally requested when my parents joined us. The only issue we really had was were trash bags. We brought our own laundry soap and toilet paper because the listing advised that only a very small amount of toilet paper would be provided, but there were not any additional trash bags for any of the cans. It would have been nice if there additional trash bags at least for the kitchen. Overall, was a great property and we would definitely stay here again!

Carefree holiday

We were in this villa recently and it was a pleasure to stay there. Is a gated community, with a clean and quiet neighborhood. You feel absolutely safe there. Solid house, somewhat dated, but fully equipped. Spacious pool terrace with enough seating for 8 people. Wonderfully quiet location with a fantastic view of a water feature and greenery. Owner is someone who responds quickly to questions/comments. About a 20-25 minute walk (and about 8 minutes by car) from a supermarket and some dining options. We would definitely book this villa again on our next visit. Recommended if you want to enjoy a wonderful carefree holiday.

Nice big house but was a little tired inside needs updating decoration and furniture Pool area was a let down block paving was full off weeds and ant hills between the bricks and so needed a good jet wash which would of kept the pool cleaner as you walked in the debris

Decent, but could use upgrades

The place was fine. Had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for us to be comfortable. The place is a bit out dated. We used the kitchen to cook and could have used better kitchen utensils. Also, if you are downstairs and guests are upstairs, you can hear the guests walking around upstairs. The pool alarm is….interesting. I suppose if you have little ones it’s helpful, but with adults it was just annoying with no option to shut it off. With that said, it was a decent value for location and ease of use.

Perfect for our needs!

Upon check in we were pleasantly surprised based on some of the harsh reviews we had seen. A very nice big space for us to relax in and the villa was situated in a quiet and secure community. A nice little welcome pack provided us with some cleaning products and the house was fully stocked with fresh towels for use which was a bonus. Beds were very comfortable and the air con was welcomed greatly. The pool was bigger than we anticipated from the pictures, very clean and had its chemical levels checked by the management team while we were there which was reassuring. We never intended on doing the parks much so we opted to have the pool heated so we could be in it from early morning until night. The only downside was the drought that was happening at the time of our stay as we didn’t get to see any alligators :( though we did see plenty of other wildlife around which was pleasant. Overall a very relaxing stay and definitely would recommend staying here to anyone. Thanks Rick!

Great place close to theme parks

We arrived and we're blown away by how nice the house was. The beds were comfortable and there were tvs with cable in each bedroom. The kitchen had everything you could need other than a Keurig, but we used regular coffee grounds, which was perfectly okay. The pool and back patio were great. The location of the property to the local theme parks as well as stores and restaurants was a key feature. We will definitely try to book this property in the future when planning a Disney vacation.
