Guests of The Hampton Lakes Villa have access to neighborhood amenities including a volleyball court, basketball court, and playground—perfect for active days close to home. Golf lovers will appreciate being near 35+ local courses, and with most Disney attractions less than 10 miles away, the best of Orlando is right at your fingertips.  
  
The Space:  
Step inside to high ceilings and a bright, open layout that invites you to settle in and stay awhile. At the front of the home, you'll find a cozy sitting area with a couch and loveseat, perfect for quiet conversations or playing one of the provided board games. This space flows into the formal dining area with a table for six, ideal for group meals or takeout nights. The kitchen features golden oak cabinetry, white appliances, tiled floors, and a sunny breakfast nook with seating for four—perfect for morning coffee or a quick bite before heading out.  
  
Toward the back of the home, a second living area offers plush seating, smart and cable TV, and patio doors that open directly to your private lanai. The fully enclosed lanai features a table for four, three chaise loungers, two reclining chairs with stools, and a foldable card table with chairs for extra entertainment space. The backyard is semi-private, with fencing that gives you peace and quiet—and you can’t even see the neighbors from the pool!
