If you’re going to Winter Park, look no further than the Alfond Inn. Located right on the edge of campus; walking distance to everything. Park Avenue is only three minutes away with plenty of dining options and shopping. The hotel is fantastic, clean, helpful staff. You can’t go wrong!

An outstanding visit for 5 days. The staff clearly is engaged and motivated to make sure the guests are happy. The art throughout the property is stunning and makes every turn interesting and fun. Proximity to beautiful downtown Winter Park is makes dining and shopping easy. All around a fantastic hotel, fantastic staff and a beautiful stay.

Outside area adjacent to bar, where fire pit and surrounding areas are located, were, frankly, gross. The tables were dirty and the area badly neglected. Very disappointing

The Alfond Inn was a confusing experience, ultimately disappointing. A beautiful lobby art collection badly hung, and in the rooms, you can see places where the finishes were not taken care of. The rooms are quiet despite the many guests there for weddings. But I was startled to find myself charged a resort fee for each time I ordered room service—20$ plus taxes and a service charge —and that information wasn’t on any of the menus which we had to look up online. There wasn’t even clear information about how to order the food—we had to call the front desk and ask to be put through. Save yourself the trouble and the plastic boxes and go to the beautiful dining room. If I order room service in a hotel like this I want trays, silver, napkins. I don’t want it to look like it came out of door dash.

Additionally, we do not have self parking here on property; we only offer Valet. There is street parking available after 6pm, and there is a parking garage a block away. What a beautiful hotel! We had two complaints we shared with front desk.Our tv for streaming was not working even when we called to get it fixed and in the bathroom under the sink it looks like there are drawers as there are drawer handles but it is fake and when someone goes to pull them open, they can get hurt as my friend did and the entire fajedraw came off.

They booked us in a room right above a construction zone. So loud early in the morning. 25 dollars a day for parking and 20 a day for amenities(basically a pool). Food was fair at best. Never again.

Fabulous stay.
Fantastic stay at this chic, art-focused hotel. It was the perfect location to explore Winter Park. The collection of contemporary art at the hotel, is expansive & impressive. Gorgeous newly renovated room.
