No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool. \*\* This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in. Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home. Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay. Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show. Important House Rules No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties. Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.
