Welcome to this beautiful home located in Windsor Hills Resort. The resort offers a wide variety of options when it comes to entertainment. Enjoy the sun in the resort-style pool, and splash area. For the active ones in the family, the resort offers a fitness center, volleyball court, tennis courts, basketball courts, poolside ping-pong, and more. Lastly, if you just want to relax after a long day at the parks, the resort offers a movie theater and an arcade game room.  
  
This beautifully designed vacation home offers both style and comfort in every corner. The living area invites relaxation with a spacious leather sectional, cozy chairs, ceiling fan and a large wall-mounted smart TV framed by a custom shiplap accent wall.  
  
The dining space features a spacious table set against a distinctive wood accent wall, creating a warm and welcoming setting for shared meals. The kitchen seamlessly blends functionality and charm, showcasing granite countertops, a deep farmhouse sink, and a casual breakfast bar with seating for four. A nearby coffee nook, complete with a sofa and two chairs, offers a perfect spot to start the morning or wind down in the evening.  
  
Step outside to the private back patio, where Florida Glass adds seclusion and serenity. Enjoy meals alfresco at the covered dining table for eight, or kick back in the outdoor lounge area. Two ceiling fans with LED lighting keep the breeze flowing while you relax on the lounge chairs.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.  
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.  
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.  
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.  
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.  
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.  
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.  
Pool heat is available for an additional fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation. Please contact us to add pool heat to your reservation.
