Good overall property. It’s a budget hotel. It Was clean and convenient, more noise than I like, but universal studios is near so children stay at hotel. When staff roll the carts up and down road and hallway it’s loud in the 1st floor. They have large breakfast area at the pool. Waffle, cereal and bread and fruit coffee.. there’s put out golf near with baby gators you can buy food and feed them.

Everything was fine. The phone in the room did not work and the room I booked with 2 beds was not available and had to get a room with 1 bed and a fold out sofa bed that had no pillows or blankets that I had to get.

Good for walking to universal studios. The shuttle system was terrible, only two pick ups and two dropoffs if you could even find the bus before it left from universal.

Upon check in they did not have the room available that I reserved so they put me in a different room & I had to change rooms the next day. It was a huge inconvenience. The bedspread had a huge white stain on it. I called the restaurant to place an order but they weren’t open during the time that was on the menu. The area is run down & does not appear to b safe. The picture on the website looks NOTHING like it does in person.
