An epic vacation deserves epic accommodations, and that’s exactly what you’ll find when you book a stay at Sunset Bliss at Caribe Cove! Located in an exclusive resort community tucked into the lush, tropical landscape of the greater Kissimmiee area, this 3-bedroom home will be your gateway to fun and adventure, packed with desirable onsite amenities and only a few minutes from all the thrills of the area’s popular theme parks.  
  
The Space:  
  
Steps away from your front door, you’ll find a picturesque lakeside heated pool, bubbling hot tub, adrenaline-pumping 24-hour fitness center, relaxing sauna, and convenient 24-hour market. A games lawn overlooking the lake offers a shuffleboard court, cornhole boards, and picnic area with grill.   
  
Just across the pond, so to speak, and minutes from the home you’ll find Old Lake Davenport, a natural freshwater lake for boating, fishing, and paddle sports. The Northeast Regional Park has a public boat launch site, as well a variety of excursion rentals. This 83-acre park also has tennis courts, handball courts, basketball, soccer, and football fields, as well as paved walking trails and a large playground. There’s an almost unlimited number of things to see and do in sunny Kissimmee, and it all starts right here in Caribe Cove!  
  
The home’s bright and cheerful interior is sure to bring a smile to your face, where open spaces accented by pops of bright color meet comfortable furnishings designed to help you relax and unwind. Sink into plush living room sofa and armchair seating at the end of long days exploring to binge episodes of all your favorite shows on the mounted smart TV. With access onto the screened-in patio, indoor and outdoor living organically combine, allowing the fresh air to flow freely throughout the home. Back indoors, the stylish dining table seats 6 for formal meals and family game nights alike, while 2 high-top stools at the counter are ideal for noshing on a spread of afternoon hors d’oeuvres. The fully equipped kitchen can assist in preparing meals both large and light, showcasing stainless steel appliances alongside ample counterspace and cabinetry.   
  
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms. No more than 8 people (including visitors) are allowed at the home at any time due to HOA regulations.  
  
Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds and a TV.  
  
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.  
  
Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.  
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
  
• Washer and dryer in home.  
  
• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.  
  
• This is a 3rd floor unit. Elevators are available.  
  
• No outdoor grills of any kind are allowed.  
  
• Please note: Caribe Cove community does not allow pets of any kind at this property.  
  
The group-friendly accommodations at Caribe Cove Condominiums are located just nine miles from the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort. Other popular Disney attractions lie within 11 miles of Caribe Cove condo rentals, including Epcot, the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. A little further along I-4, you can visit SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Studios Orlando.  
  
Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 3 miles away and features the Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!

#### Horrible Stay at Sunset Bliss - Caribe Cove 6-3 thru 6-6-25

The most horrible experience since I have been booking properties via VRBO period! Our Check-in information was not sent to us, so I had to ask for check-in instructions on our arrival day. They were finally sent later that day and the most important information left off was the gate code and door code to enter the property. Upon arrival, we had no codes to enter since the office was supposed to be 24 hours, well not true as it was closed and only the security guard was onsite & had no access to give us our packet. We called the Grand Welcome Orlando after-hours number and they were confused on our unit and he finally gave us a non working code to enter the unit. After several failed attempts we were finally given the cleaner’s code to enter and that experience took over 45 mins! Upon entering we noticed stains on the master bedroom comforter and the bath shower was not cleaned, not to mention the pillow case & sheet didn’t appear to be freshly cleaned! We notified Management and someone was supposed to come out during the day to address the issues, well that never happened. To make matters worse, we requested a late check-out for Sunday which was only 1 hour later after the 10AM check-out time, we were told that it could not be approved unless we sent pictures of our issues, after sending photos we were told that the check-out time was 10am and anytime later would incur a 30 fee! After all the trouble we experienced we couldn’t get any courtesy! Will never return here!

#### Excellent stay!

We absolutely loved this property and its location! It was perfect for our family of 4\. Plenty of room, very clean, and probably the quietest stay we've ever had near Disney. The property is off of a main road, so easy to get to everything, yet tucked in away from the traffic and noise. Close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment... and of course Disney parks. Thank you so much. We are keeping this one bookmarked!
