Also, our rates are all inclusive of utilities, pool heat, and use of all the community amenities. Our condo is a 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom unit. The unit has been completely renovated (Nov 2016). The code I was given to enter did not work. I contacted the manager. He tried to help, but was unable to contact the host for a resolution. I was told to wait until someone was entering the gate and follow them in. That worked when someone was coming in at the same time, but there were times I was sitting outside the gate waiting for someone to come by so I could enter. It was very frustrating and took up a ton of time. It also made me feel like a creeper just sitting there waiting and watching for someone to enter the community. Against the traffic when travelling to Disney which was great as all other routes were backed up. Good size condo. Complex was nice with amenities such as pool, work out centre and hot tub although we did not have time to enjoy them. Mark was very responsive. I would book again. ##### karyn t.
