A beautiful, bright, 6 bedroom Villa with oversized swimming pool and hot tub (Can be heated for additional cost) located on the private, gated resort of Encore, only a short ride from Disney.  
  
This spacious and stunning vacation home has been tastefully furnished throughout and provides ideal accommodation for up to 12 people - perfect for large family get together's or two families sharing. Fully equipped with everything you will need for an amazing vacation, this property is situated on a quiet road in the Encore Resort  
  
Our fully air-conditioned accommodation consists of:  
Privately owned spacious family villa with accommodation arranged over 2 floors  
3203 sq ft of luxurious fully air conditioned living space  
Sleeps up to 12 adults/children, ideal for 2 or more families  
Large swimming pool with separate spa. (Pool and Spa can be heated for extra charge)

Please note that the pool heater is available, it may require 24–48 hours to reach optimal temperature. While we strive to maintain a comfortable swimming environment, the heater’s performance may be affected by outdoor temperatures, weather conditions, or equipment limitations.  
Heater functionality is not guaranteed. Refunds will only be issued for pool heating issues beyond our control, No further compensation will be issued.  
  
Parking Information​:  
Please be mindful of all posted parking signs​ and parking flow throughout the resort. Guests are welcome to park in the driveway​, in any of the designated ​parking areas and overflow parking lots located throughout the ​resort.​ Do not block sidewalks/driveways and do not park on the grass. Parking violations may result in towing enforced by Encore Resort.  
  
Trash Information​:  
Please ensure all trash is secured in trash bags and put inside the trash bins outside. Trash is collected daily, so we kindly ask that you help keep the area clean by ensuring all waste is properly contained.  
  
House Rules – Please Read Carefully​:  
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules:  
  
1) No Smoking Indoors - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Failure to comply will result in a $250 non-compliance fee.  
2) Respect Check in and Check out Times -Check in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. Failure to comply will result in a non-compliance fee.  
3) No Parties or Events ​- Gatherings, parties, or events are not allowed.  
4) Pet Policy - Pets are strictly prohibited on the property, including visiting pets. Failure to comply will result in a $300 non-compliance fee, in addition to any costs incurred for damages.  
5) Maximum Occupancy - Do not exceed the stated maximum occupancy of the home as listed above. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the property and cancellation of the reservation.  
6) Air Conditioning Use - Please do not set the thermostat below 72°F. Ensure all windows and doors remain closed while the AC is in use to maintain efficiency.   
7) Quiet Hours: The resort quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am - Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.  
8) Property Inventory - Do not remove any items from the home. All furnishings, linens, and amenities must remain on the property at all times.  
9) Accidental Damages - Accidents happen - if anything gets damaged, please notify us right away so we can address it promptly.  
10) Towels & Linens - We provide fresh towels and linens for your stay. Do not use towels for makeup removal, self-tanning products, cleaning, or any other purpose that may cause staining or damage. Do not remove any towels or linens from the property. If any towels or linens are found stained or damaged, we will make every effort to clean and restore them. However, if items cannot be returned to their original condition or are missing from the property - a replacement fee will be applied.  
11) Excessive Trash - Please help us keep the home clean and comfortable by managing the trash disposal during your stay. Trash should be taken out on the scheduled collection days - the trash collection days are listed above. Excessive garbage, food waste, or mess left at the property beyond what is considered reasonable will incur additional cleaning or disposal fees.

We had a blast! The house is true to the pics. The pool isn’t heated but by a quick phone call it was turned on and heated within 20-30 min. Plenty of space, beds, towels and close to a Walmart, which was good for groceries or anything you forgot to bring. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was peaceful. Oh and there is an arcade that the kids can go enjoy!

#### Nice Place, but a Few Hiccups

This is a nice spacious house in a safe, gated community.When we arrived the kitchen island had pieces of dried up food from the last renters, and the refrigerator was dirty.This rental had slow WIFI that kept freezing, and often the T.V's would shut down. There is also only 1 controller for the Xbox system. This property has only 1 dishwasher and the listing says 2\. We enquired at the Encore Clubhouse to purchase day passes for their water park for the kids, and we were told only the Encore rentals, and another rental company in the community were granted access. This rental property is not allowed to even purchase day passes to the Encore water park - We would have rented though another company if we had know this fact. We also called management to have more eating forks sent to the house as their were only 7 forks; We called the guest services 3 days in a row, they were nice, said they would send some, and finally 2 days before we left they sent someone with more forks - this is unacceptable. Also, the BBQ is not included and you have to rent the tank from them for $95.00 - this should be stated in the listing. We waited 4 days for a b.b.q. tank to arrive and finally gave up. Once you arrive at the rental they ask you to scan a QR code that gives you all the info for the rental - under the BBQ section it tells you for a fee of $75 you can rent the BBQ. When we called they said it was $95 - if the price had changed it should be updated in the rental property information.

#### Exceeded Expectations

This is the 3rd year in a row that we have stayed in the Encore Resort (at different properties) and by far this has been our best experience. The house was so big and beautiful and had the best smell as you walked in. I appreciated all the little touches like hand soap and toilet paper in all the bathrooms. Also a small supply of dishwasher tabs, paper towel, garbage bags, etc. It is a 2 minute walk to the clubhouse and water park. (Although passes aren't included). The management company Orange Properties were extremely easy to deal with, and very responsive and accommodating to questions.

It was only 4 women in our group, all 50 years and older, so we had our own room and bath. The beds were very comfortable. The TVs all worked. For a six bedroom home, you'd think it would be better stocked with cooking utensils. The chain on one side of the patio blinds was broken. Both couches in the living room has stains on them and needs to be replaced. Because compared to the rest of the furniture, the couches look out of place. One of the guests says she saw two roaches in her room. The overall cleanliness could be better. It seems like the cleaning crew may be rushing and not paying attention to detail. So I could not give the rating of 5 stars. The instructions said not to throw loose trash in the garbage bins, but there was loose trash already there when we arrived. I recommend this property as a great place to stay for a quick family getaway. The only thing I did not like is that you do not have access to the water park at this resort if you book through Orange Vacation Homes. Maybe your company can work out something with the resort so that people booking your vacation rental could have full access to the resort.

#### Terrific Home and Hosts

I have stayed at several homes in the Encore Resort. This one was very generous on the pool heat. So the pool heat stayed on until 11 pm and no games were played, it worked consistently and at correct temps. . This allowed us to use the pool during the night. The house was spotless and beds comfortable. Everything worked. And the kitchen was well stocked with working and new kitchen tools, pans and appliances . Also the rented grill was first class. And hosts were quick to respond. I really appreciated this home and would rent from Orange Vacation Homes again.

We had a great time and manager was very responsive to small issues. I know listing said it didn't have access to Waterpark, but I would recommend getting that in the future or providing a n incremental fee for temporary access

Super property and was everything we could have hoped for. Easy to get to. Super location. Great amenities. Only thing to make it nicer would have been paddles and balls for ping pong and a grill! But overall, it was wonderful.

This house was incredibly spacious and immaculate. We had plenty of space to spread out and the 5 bathrooms were so convenient for all guests. The heat for the pool made it swimmable as it was chilly during our stay. Only negative was house needs more towels, extra blankets and cleaning supplies. We found it hard to wipe down surfaces with no supplies.

#### Beautiful home

This house was perfect for us. The house was very clean upon arrival, very spacious with a lot of games to play such as ping pong and the foosball table. Property manager responded very fast and helped me when needed. The only cons I’d mention is that the Wi-Fi cut off for most of our stay and the master bathroom was filled with ants. I’d also recommend maybe adding some basic cleaning supplies such as a broom to help keep clean during the stay. Other than that the stay was amazing!

This property is very beautiful I enjoyed every bit of my stay! Very clean and big for a group trip. I will be using them again! There were minor issues we ran into but it didn't ruin our stay. Property is pretty much as shown. Only complaint, I guess, would be the sofas are completely shot. Time for new ones! Everything else has been well appointed and maintained. As many have stated before me, be sure to get extra tp, paper towels trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Mostly toilet paper! Note property doesn't include waterpark passes but you can go to clubhouse for lunch, which is reasonably priced, and pretty good. The private pool, hot tub and grounds were wonderful. Also loved the 80s style arcade game upstairs, we had a blast competing during a couple rainy times.
