Wonderful property with tons of things do do in a gated community. Close to shopping and a great location for trips to Disney World. The owner is always available if needed and the communication was perfect.

Family Vacation
We left Wisconsin in January for the promise of Florida sun and did it ever deliver! This unit is so close to the clubhouse, we swam in the pool almost everyday, watched several movies in the onsite theater and played in the arcade. We had some hiccups at the beginning of our stay, but Tim was quick to rectify them and we eneded up having an absolutely magical week. I can't say enough good things about our experience.

Check-in was different, but great stay
The check-in instructions included a gate code, but it didn’t seem to work. Instead, we checked in with the attendant at the guard house who provided us with a pass we could simply scan to lift the gate during the duration of our stay. Very small hiccup. Across the driveway from the home had a playground for kids and a small waterpark. Super convenient. The house was exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay again.

Great vacation with family
We loved this place we each had our own bathrooms and pool was nice after long day at the parks we loved the ponds and the nature walks at the resort we loved seeing the birds outside the unit in morning!! Location was convenient to everything.my youngest daughter is handicapped so was nice having two rooms downstairs beside each other so allowed me to be close.We hope to come back again sometime we were bummed the huge pool was being renovated it looked so nice and they we’re finishing work on it and filling it the day we left 😢 thank you so much for sharing your place!

Condo was very clean all the amenities were clean and not over used. There place is in the perfect spot close to everything. The club house had great food and drinks big pool temperature was perfect. If we do this next year I will try to book them again and not do any parks and save a ton of money and just relax there is so much to do on site the kids had a blast. Thanks for a great stay. There were 7 adults and 2 children plenty of beds for everyone it was so nice no one wanted to go home.

Good until the end
Everything was as stated. The area was nice the house was perfect and everything was right across the street. The process was great and the perfect getaway for my birthday weekend!! I didn’t have any problems and until I was home getting settled and was being charged for what I know was a lie. We made sure everything was cleaned and trashed before leaving the property. I am not sure what the cleaning people do but they are definitely trying to rack up extra money from people from what I gather. I hate it because I wanted to book this property again next year!! We had such a nice time!!

Exceeds Expectation
The location was perfect for our trip to the theme parks. The house was very roomy and the housekeepers did a great job with making sure it was clean. Kid friendly and nice onsite amenities. Would definitely recommend!
