Guests at Fiesta Key live in holiday villa furnished with luxurious taste and elegancy, in the heart of an area that is famous for its first class theme parks, entertainment, and leisure activities.  
  
Fiesta Key gated community is on Poinciana Blvd. and US-192; and Osceola Pkwy, SR 535, Central Florida Greenway and I-4 are around it. Guests can enjoy the amenities of this community that include a heated swimming pool at the pavilion, open areas for picnics, and playgrounds for the little ones.  
  
Comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests.  
  
This villa houses 3 bedrooms: one master bedroom features a QueenSize bed with HDTV 55 and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a QueenSize bed with HDTV 42, and the third bedroom, which has TwinSize beds with HDTV 42and a bathroom with a soak tub.  
  
The main floor includes a great room with living and dining area integrated with full-stocked modern kitchen, and a half-bath close to the private two-car garage by the main entrance.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.  
  
We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.  
  
We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

3\. Local Transportation Services: if you prefer to explore the surrounding area or visit nearby attractions without driving, there are several transportation options available:  
  
\- Taxis: Local taxi services are readily available and can be hailed or called for pick-up. You can ask our staff for recommendations or contact the resort's front desk for assistance in arranging taxi services.  
  
\- Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.

These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!  
  
✦ What We Provide:  
  
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.  
  
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.  
  
✦ Pet Policy:  
  
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.  
  
✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:  
  
A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

This Fiesta Key home is a very nice, well equipped home that has a beautiful Florida Room to enjoy the nice breezes and the lake out the back door. The property is spacious for a family of 4-5 or a couple of couples looking for a very affordable and nice place to stay. Only 15-20 tops to all the Disney parks and other attractions around Kissimmee. I would highly recommend this unit if you want to be close to the action but not right in the middle of it! Cheaper than a 5 Star hotel but close to 5 Star accommodations.

#### Clean Home

Very pleased by how clean the house was.Only thing that I didn't like was that I was charged a cleaning fee and I was supposed to take the trash out to the compactor in the entrance of the property and put the towels to wash or I would've been charged another 150 if it wasn't done. When I think that should be part of the cleaning service fee.

Property was clean and nice but no access to the pool as listed and we were forced to spend down time at other locations. Management was also responsive but did not complete tasks or give any answers on the pool situation or a repair needed

Overall the rental had a great kitchen and living room space. The bathrooms were great. Location was great but like all management companies they refused to make an adjustment due to a faulty mattress in the MBR. My wife slept on the sofa and an air mattress. They said the mattress was okay and it is just too bad that we chose the couch we are 75 one side is “smashed “ but to them it’s fine
