Cool off in the resort-style swimming pool or take a leisurely float down the lazy river, lounging poolside in the available cabanas for rent. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV. Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV. Bedroom #4 includes 1 twin size bed, 1 full size bed, and a smart TV. Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed, crib, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower. The home also includes 3 additional full guest bathrooms, all offering a single vanity and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • The hot tub does not have a bubbling feature • Driveway parking available for 1 vehicle, with additional lot parking available across the street for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. • Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment. \- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home. Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to. • Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable. • This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located at and actively monitoring the home’s entrance. \- Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. The grill was rusty and I wouldn't recommend putting any food on it, so I am glad I didn't pay extra for it. The trash can was tiny for 11 people and we were constantly taking the trash out. Its location is great. For one, its one stop light and then a straight run to the Disney parks. Second, directly across the street is the heated lazy river, pool and a nice bar.The property manager was on top of everything from start to finish. We had a question, and it was answered asap. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of extra pillows in the closet. Everything was very clean. This VRBO was probably the cleanest one we have ever stayed in! We loved the area...it felt very safe, had a ton of shopping, restaurants, etc. nearby, and was a convenient drive to Disney and our son's apartment. The house itself was extremely spacious, well-kept, and well-appointed. We didn't get a chance to use the pool/jacuzzi at the house, but the neighborhood pool area was wonderful and there were lots of sidewalks and green space/playgrounds throughout the area. Check-in instructions/door code/Wifi info were clear and texted/emailed in a timely manner. (Just a heads up for anyone booking the home...it is in a gated community, so you will receive a couple emails, one asking for a list of all guests over the age of 16 and another with a link to verify your identity before you check in. I am always a little skeptical when those things aren't sent through the VRBO messaging function, but I can verify that information was communicated with the front gate.)
