Piscine fermée, pas de sèche cheveux, pas de fer a repasser. Aucun service d'hôtellerie. Les serviettes et les draps sont changés sur demande et en payant 10€ par change. Pas de papier toilette, pas de savon. Accueil fermé en permanence. Impossible de faire appel a une personne de l'hôtel en cas de problème. Cafards dans les salles de bain qui sont très sales. Fuite au niveau de toilette et de la douche qui font du bruit toute la nuit.

We checked in very late night/early am and the women was very friendly and accommodating :). Unfortunately the air conditioners in both rooms were not running well enough to cool the rooms below 75 :/ The box springs were stained and showing ?? The baseboards/area around the room had obviously not been cleaned in a while!

Pretty good for a few days. Staff super nice. Room looked clean but floor was dirty, noticed with my socks. Shower water didnt get as hot and didnt have great pressure. Lots of parking, great amenities, restaurant at walking distance. Supermarket a few minutes away with car. Highway extremely close, very good to get to other places. Would definitely stay again

The hotel is going through some kind of change. The signs just say “we are simplifying.” What that meant for us this trip is that the office was rarely open. The number provided on the signs just let you leave a message but no one ever answered. The property had little to no security. The rooms are bare minimum and did not include blankets, just sheets. The bathroom didn’t have hot water. They did provide two rolls of toilet paper but no facial tissue. There is no ice machine. The vending machine doesn’t work consistently. Oh and Lyft will rarely go there. We were dropped 4 times. The good part is that it is close to the Silver Spur Arena and a grocery store. But the walk there is not very clean.

Nobody working the front desk. You have to call a number because the person working is sleeping in one of the rooms. Floors are dirty and rooms didn’t come with a comforter.

Quick and easy check-in. Received excellent service. I was in a newly remodeled room so the decor was nice and everything was clean. The only issue was the toilet wouldn't flush and the deadbolt lock did not work. The lady quickly responded to the toilet issue and found that it was clogged. She fixed the toilet and our stay was great. Thank you.

It was terrible. We went into the room for a few minutes and decided we could not stay there. 2 channels on the TV, no blankets on the beds, (we had to ask for them!), toilet only worked after messing around with it and the place was dirty and not nice. We went to the office and it was locked up tight ay 6 pm. I called and talked to their "maintenance" person and h said they would send someone right over. It never happened. Yet.... they kept my $324 and will not refund it!!

Very bad service and the place is in the middle of renovation, the is dirty and smell very bad, and try to talk to the property management and he lock the office door and didn’t even bother to come out to talk, so I left to stay at a different hotel, I try to cancel the reservation and get refund, they didn’t even respond to email.

There ended up being bugs in the room. I am currently unaware if they were there the entire time as I was getting back late and tired most nights and in a rush in the morning but they were definitely noticed on the last night. Room looked nothing like the photos. Was claimed to be a newly renovated room but the bathroom looked like it was in desperate need of a remodel and the bed frames felt more like cots with a mattress on it. Would not recommend staying here and I know won’t be returning.

This was the worst place I've ever stayed and highly recommend that it be removed as a choice from Hotels.com. I don't want anyone else to subject themselves to what my friends and I did. Roaches in the room. Only one bath and hand towel per person for all four days were allowed. No extras. We had to launder them ourselves if we wanted clean towels each day. The pool was not fit for swimming. Black mold on the bottom and walls, along with green algae growing on the walls. The bathroom was in poor condition and the door for the small freezer in the dorm size was missing, so we couldn't even freeze our ice packs and there was not an ice machine anywhere on property.

Two Night Stay
Went for two nights, checked in late but I selected to pay on site but because I was late checking in they ran the card that was on file instead of allowing me to pay on site. Didn’t like that too much, when I called the hotel they told me to call the website instead and that didn’t go anywhere. The room is very spacious and the AC was easy to adjust. They only give you a top sheet for the bed so bring an extra blanket if you get chilly. The fridge is an awesome thing to have in the room, but when I got in there the fridge was still open so there was water all over the floor, hence the towel on the floor. I had a couple of visitors: one cockroach and two lizards just hanging around the room. Overall, you get what you pay for honestly. I’m not mad at it, the beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, and the towels did what they needed to do.

I did like that the rooms are large. There was no table or chairs to sit at to eat. The 'balcony' is only big enough to stand on, if you're not too large for it. The railing on the balcony was dangerously loose, anchors coming out of the wall. I would call this hotel a 'DIY' hotel. There were so many dead bugs on the floor, beds, towels, and countertop, that I had to drive to a store at nearly midnight to buy a broom and mop to clean. There was a TV in the room, but no cable, or digital TV available, even though it says on their website 'expanded cable TV'. The customer service through the texting was generally good. When the toilet needed to be plugged, they didn't have anybody for maintenance. They sent me to the office to get plunger and do it myself. They did have a security person on site, which I had to call. The room nextdoor was playing music excessively loud at almost 1am that was using vulgar language ever other word. I had my minor child with me. I texted the hotel customer service, they sent the security person and I didn't have another problem with it.

Horrible no tv no phone no pool they said maintenance working on pool roaches! Everywhere no toiletries! Run! People run

This room had roaches the bathroom Was dirty They don't even give you a blanket for the bed. All you get is a sheet, and if you need more towels, you have to pay for them. And there was no maid service. Plus the smoke detector in the room needed a new battery and was beeping the whole time We were there even when we asked them to change it, they did not.

Mixed bag but good price.
The good: reasonably clean, enough towels and toiletries. There were two TVs, and WIFI. The bad: Lobby was supposed to be open from 9-11 AM and 4-6 PM. Except for once, it was locked during these times. The room was infested with roaches. I saw many nymphs the first night ( I was worried they were bedbugs at first) and my cup had several adult roaches in it in the morning after I had been drinking from it all night. The office was open at 8:15 AM(the only time it was) and the person at the desk told me the exterminator would be in first thing and that this had been an issue there. I could tell that they came because when I returned, there were dead and dying roaches in both rooms and the bathroom. There were still plenty of very healthy adult roaches and nymphs the subsequent two nights and it is clear that the entire building needs to be treated. I cleaned up the room as best I could (expected in order not to be charged $25 cleaning fee, but there were squished roaches in the carpet that I was not able to do anything about. Check-in was a little difficult. I was on hold for a long time at the posted number because I arrived after 6PM. At shortly before 6 I received a text asking me my ETA. I replied 7 and arrived at that time. Finally at 7:45 got in. This is a nice place to stay at a very reasonable price except for the roaches. It would be great for a family, my unit had two rooms and a kitchenette. I did not look at the pool so cannot comment on that.
