It was conveniently located, the pool area was neat and tidy. The hot tub could have been hotter. The room was clean and comfortable, but the kitchen didn't have an egg flipper so we made scrambled eggs. But everything in the room work great. Always good to have two TV's, in the 1 bedroom suite.

Had to walk a long distance to get dinner. No taxes to take you back to the hotel. Big nice room with a full kitchen and sitting area. Needs some updating.

This place is awful. Location is not good. The hotel room was dirty and very poorly kept. We were told they had no housekeeping. We called down for more towels and toilet paper 3 times, and never received them. After the third time we went down to the main desk and asked for them again and were very rudely told they had them down there for us. But never called to let us know that. No hot water for two of our showers. There is no safety features for hotel guest as far as a key to get up the elevator so anyone could come up the elevator to your floor and break into your room. Poor location with nothing surrounding it. Rude front desk staff. Pool and hot tube were dirty. The price draws you in but that is because it is an awful hotel, wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Location was perfect. The room was spacious. Kitchen had necessary supplies. Nice place to go with kids. Cleaning service only if you stay 3 days. and cleaning is just making the bed....

The hall way and the room we stayed were too stinky. We had to go to Walmart and bought 3 plug in air fresheners. This hotel pictures and room pictures were probably years ago when it was new that makes customers think they are going to stay in a nice, clean hotel. They are not going to change your bed sheets or clean your room if you stay there less than 3 days. And if you need clean towels or toilet paper dont ask the front desk before 9am because I was told by Ricardo "house keeping workers are not here yet". Stay away.

The property is clean outside. Parking clean and safe. The room is clean and all bedding lining as well. The only downside, the furniture is old. However, all functional. I recommended for family with a small budget because is abordable. We stay there 8 days. I will give it a 3/5. The staffs are very kind, always available.

Overall it was an okay experience. Mattress seems very old and cushion was comfortable to sleep. One of the Bed frame was making loud sound. Bathroom and room door locks were not working. Bathroom shower was very scattered and it was very hard to bath. You pay for laundry dryer and clothes were still wet. There was no water coming from drinking area near reception nor they jad any water bottles in their cooler. Good things were like receptionist communication was convenient and was available all the time. Pool was working.

The hotel room has a weird smell, kind of like a chinese restaurant that was really strong. The pull out couch that we had to use as a bed was in really bad condition. Very budget stay for sure.

I went with my kids to fun spots and i choose this hotel for the price and location. So when we got there the location was very good for kids fun places most of them are less then 15 minutes away as well as food places. the room was good size and clean with a mini kitchen if you need it the only issue we had is the heater wasn't working but the manager was nice and offer me an other room but was in 5th floor and far from elevator so in general was good stay and quiet for the price we paid thanks to staysky condo hotel.

I did like that it was close to a area where I could caught a bus to the conviction Center . I was very up set we didn't every have any hot water. I had to take lite warm shower for 4 day:((. The Elevator is super slow :(( I stay here back in 2019 and they had a great breakfast .Nov 2023 still no Breakfast even the hotel next to them do have free breakfast.. I want stay here because know at the front desk could tell when I would get hot water. They said sorry the day I check out Nov 17, 2023

It was all okay except there wasn’t any hot water in 603 our whole stay to shower with. We called to see if someone could fix it but no one came because when we got back the water was just straight cold. Had to take cold showers!

We actually didn’t end up staying at this property. The night we checked in, we immediately checked out. The only good thing about this experience was that Cesar and the staff were patient and understanding. The room we were given REEKED of cigarettes which, my party unfortunately has allergy sensitivities. We also didn’t want the cleaning staff to think we were the ones smoking in the room, so my fiancé and I walked downstairs to explain the concern. We were given a new room and, same issue, still reeked of cigarettes AND bacon. The room itself was also disgusting, the couches were stained with who knows what. The carpets felt sticky underneath our shoes. I hate to make this comment but honestly, both rooms literally could have been the set to the Netflix show, Dahmer, if you moved the couch to the right side of the room and added a fish tank to the left. It was very eerie. Another downside is the hallways and lobby’s have no AC running so it feels like you’re walking through a humid, hot hotel. It sucks to have to write a bad review but literally cannot believe they charge so much to have you stay in such conditions :/

The only complaint i have is the room has an odor like the couches and curtains haven't been clean in a long time..other than that the room and location to everything is perfect.

Beds are totally outdated, very uncomfortable. Aside from that the property was clean, amazing location, room was nice and spacious. I will say that when we called to ask about our check in status (since they had us on hold due to no clean towels in the room) staff was not very professional.

This property is unsafe. The doors do not close in the rooms. There were drugs in the room as well as cockroaches and we were with children. When we spoke to the person downstairs and explained the situation, they said that someone would come up. No one came. We left and they said they would refund us the money and they never have.

The hotel is in a good location near Universal studios with confortable beds and very quite. The builiding needs upgrades in the bathroom, needs more utensils plates and pots in the kitchen and the carpet needs to be clean. Other than that is worth the money.
