He has been fantastic communicating with us before, during and after our stay with information, responses to questions within minutes and always very helpful. The house is very big and has plenty of common space while also proving big single rooms and a meeting room, great for big groups with nice big rooms and bathrooms, great beds and a very well stocked kitchen for such huge groups. The outdoor area fits plenty and has tables and seats and chairs and a BBQ, perfect for spending full days outside. The view in the back and front of the house is beautiful, parking is plenty and the daily trash service is super quiet. We walked in to the table being set and it was just beautiful. As coworkers staying in the property, the conference room was a great draw. There were a couple things I would do different, but I understand the majority of renters are not corporate. It would be nice if the towels were a better quality. The house was brand new and we were the 1st people to rent it. It was very large and we were all very happy to have our own bedroom and bathroom. Everything about the property was VERY nice.
