The property is a third floor apartment. The entry door is sticky, yet doesnā€™t close properly. The interior is nice, but has no covers on the duvets, hairs in the bathroom and in the sink. Dirty pool towels. The hot water only works on an evening, so no morning showers. TV is so confusing we gave up, no sound on the main living room tv. The elevator didnā€™t work for the three days we were there. Storey lake as a community is clinical and not at all welcoming. We messaged the management regarding our issues had no reply, we know we had the right number as we messaged before check in to ask for an hour early check in, this was replied to with a no, (because the supervisor would be going to check the apartment.. no one turned up) Itā€™s not terrible, we only used it to sleep in so didnā€™t use any appliances or cook there.. but you can get much better for the money.

Bad Experience
Upon arrival we attempted to take showers only to find out we had no hot water available in any of the bathrooms including the kitchen. In addition we used the washer / dryer unit to wash our towels, and the dryer did not work. I reached out to management and received no response. I followed up the next morning and couldn't reach anyone via phone. Finally I got a reply via text message to which I explained the issue we were having, and they stated they would report the issue to maintenance. However, we received no further correspondence and maintenance never showed up to fix the dryer. The hot water ended working by afternoon the next day. Overall the space was clean, and the area was great, but our experience was tainted by the issues described.
