If you have never travelled to Orlando before, It is very hard for any person to make their mind up on any villa, as they all look the same, but here is what you should really be looking out for. Is the Villa located near any shops, are there any bars near, what about Good Restaurants, Local grocery store, Chemist etc, and the best one of all is most advertisers will tell you their villa is located only 5 mins to Disney theme park, but what they really forget to tell you is that they really mean 5 mins by Rocket, not by the standard travelling car. Example when we bought our villa, ( this is the 3rd Villa in this location, we wanted all the above , so that is why we chose this location, but before we ever bought these villas we like yourselves rented out a number of villas, over the years, now the villas were all lovely some better than others, but some were really out in the wilds, with no footpaths , and definitely none of the above requirements that we have listed above, which made us move in closer each time once we were familiar with the area each time we tried to book any villa we knew exactly in advance where the villa was located and what the area had to offer, but like we advise in the start we were only newbies, and took the details in the adverts for what they all said, so the moral of this storey is make sure you know what the local area has to offer before you book especially if you have teenage Children with you because most of the time they will want to walk down to the local shops to pass some time away without having you to drive them there all the time. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the game room and pool were wonderful. The house was conveniently located to all the Disney parks, Top Golf, restaurants and grocery stores. Close to everything and had everything you could think of. We had 5 adults and 4 children in our group and this house slept us all comfortably with a room to spare. We had all that we needed and also had time to relax in the pool and hot tub after a day at the parks. My adult kids enjoyed the game room. It is conveniently located to food and ahopping and Disney. Decided on a last minute Universal Studios/Halloween Horror Nights Florida getaway with the family...found this gem of a house! An amazing villa with all the comforts of home and more...spacious, clean, plenty of bedrooms, with comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms, huge screen television, game room, inviting pool with outdoor speakers, new appliances....spotless! The house was big and we loved the pool. We loved how close it was to the things we wanted to do. Our only negatives was the dust on the ceiling fans and the kitchen floor had not been mopped. May 25, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Ideal location and pool gets the sun all afternoon Furnished in the usual Florida "style" with all the basics and many little extras baby gates, pool table, TV in almost every room and then some, cool box , gas BBQ, every kitchen utensil possible including a real kettle for the UK folks, absolutely no hesitation recommending booking this villa. If you don't know the area it's a 5 min drive to a sample of every restaurant in Orlando area so your evening out isn't a chore for your driver. 25mins to Universal at 8am and under 20 to most Disney. ##### Colin M. Beds are good and comfortable. Spacious floor plan. We had plenty of room. The bad part- one of the shower heads was broken 3/4 of our time there. One of the reasons that we booked the house was because of 3 bathrooms so that was a disappointment. Worse than that though, we found poop on the wall. I cleaned it up and did notify the owners. The picture shows an air hockey table-but has been replaced by a couple arcade games. I think the picture should be updated to show that. Plenty of space, host was very responsive and location was great. As stated in the listing you have 1 day of supplies of all things. However, there was no dish soap or dishwasher detergent (there was a tiny bottle of something under the sink-but it wasn’t labeled; so that could have been dish soap). Everything you need is close by. Check in process was easy. The pool area needs a heavy cleaning as there is staining on the concrete and screened enclosure. But the kids didnt care much and enjoyed the pool. The house was not very clean. My wife did some cleaning to make it more comfortable for us. Seems the management company needs to focus more on cleanliness. Microwave is terrible as only a few buttons work. Very frustrating. Needs to be replaced. Overall a good stay. We had a long stay approximately two weeks, five adults. Like many have said the location is excellent to be close to Disney and restaurants/shops. Communication with the landlord was great. We had a item that needed fixed. And someone was out the same day to fix it. Excellent customer service! Also, the pool with heat and jacuzzi was wonderful! We were there in low 70° days and we could swim with the heated pool just fine and comfortably. The only thing we missed was we only had one washcloth. We would have liked a few more of those. And we could have used more blankets as we were there when it was chilly outside. The house could also use a deep cleaning. Overall, it was clean, except for the ceiling fans were dripping in dust. We were afraid to turn them on, as we would be breathing in dust. Also, on a positive note, being someone who doesn’t like bugs, I was happy to say that I did not see one single bug in the house!
