Enjoy a relaxing stay at our beautiful waterfront property, just minutes from Disney and other top attractions. This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home features a private heated pool, game room, and serene pond views—perfect for families, groups, and pet lovers.  
  
PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS  
★ Private Heated Pool: Available for $35/day with a 2-day minimum (2-day notice required). Swim at your own risk and supervise children at all times.  
★ Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes all essentials like a Keurig coffee maker, utensils, and cookware.  
★ Game Room: Fun for the whole family with a pool table and basketball hoop.  
★ Pet-Friendly: Dogs welcome with prior approval ($35 per pet, per stay).  
  
HOUSE RULES  
★ No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home; a $1,000 fee applies for violations.  
★ No Parties/Events: Respect our quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all.  
★ Maximum Occupancy: Limited to the number of guests listed on your reservation.  
  
ADDITIONAL NOTES  
★ Check-In/Out: Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.  
★ Trash: Dispose of trash in the bins provided. Avoid leaving trash outside overnight to prevent disturbances.
