#### Minor issues, but overall great place

Enjoyed our stay very much! A few minor things were not working/damaged upon arrival, such as a lamp in the bedroom that didn't work, curtain rod fell down when curtains were opened upon arrival, porch light, a broken closet shelf & chair by the pool. Nothing that caused us any inconvienves, but should be noted. Beds were ok, too soft & worn for my preferences. All issues were communicated with property manager & someone came to check out all the issues. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Pool was clean and the highlight of our stay! In spite of issues, they were very minor & would recommend this property and company!

#### Quick get away

We loved the screened pool , even paying for heat, we had a cold week and we’re not able to use it much. Nice game room to play in. Close to many activities. We were disappointed by cockroach bugs but eventually we please to move to another unit that was very nice.

#### House Rental in Clermont

We enjoyed our stay for 3 weeks at this property. The home was incredibly clean. Pool and hot tub was in great shape and maintained weekly. The only negative we could say about this property were the Pool chairs were outdated and slightly broken when we got there and the bed frames were also aged. Good location for amenities and 15-20 mins from Disney.

We loved this house. It is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything and anything you would need for a stay in the home. The pool was great. The drive to Disney and Universal is a short easy ride. The keyless entry system made checking in and out easy and the landlord was very helpful. I would definitely stay in this home again.

#### Thanksgiving stay

Our family stayed over Thanksgiving week. The house was lovely. The home had more cookware than some houses we have stayed at. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of linens. There location is perfect, close to Publix, Target and Walmart. As well as restaurants and gas stations. There was construction in the plan behind the house. That was a shock, waking up to huge trucks outside the window! We did not use the pool, but did sit on the patio! The cable was a little difficult to figure out in the bedrooms. It would be helpful to mark the remotes with which room they belong to. Overall, the home is wonderful, would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The property manager was responsive to the few questions we had. The house was very well equipped. We will definitively come back.
