If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available. • For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. POOL CLEANING Pool cleaning at Storey Lake Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Wednesdays or Thursdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward. PARKING • Parking is first come first service in the Townhomes and in the driveway for the Single Family homes. • No grass parking is allowed. Street parking is strictly prohibited • Any vehicles parked on the street will be towed by the Association at the owner's expense. CLUBHOUSE • The Hideaway Club amenities included: fitness center, heated resort pool, water slides, splash pad, heated lazy river, restaurant, tiki bar, lake, beach volleyball court, basketball court, kayak rentals, mini golf (extra cost). • Clubhouse and pool hours: from 9 am to 9 pm. Fitness center from 5 am to 12 am. • Please note that hours may change without prior notice from the resort. TRASH • Trash is picked up daily. • All trash must be bagged and placed inside the bench/bin in front of the house. • Lift the seat of the bench to put your garbage bags inside. The place was extremely roomy for 5 teens and the beds were fantastic! I think that it was great that I had my own room downstairs and it was quiet for me. Great kitchen for what you need, and the decor was MODERN and STYLISH. I am very glad that the communication was on point when I had questions. Some quick minor critiques:1\. Orlando gets pretty hot like all the time, so keeping the AC at 75 is not an ideal programmed temp for when people are inside. I appreciate that we were able to get to it set to 70\. I am not a fan of remote AC control, so maybe this can be removed?2\. Thank GOODNESS I had been looking out the window the day of checkout, for I had already exited the shower/getting dressed, when I see the cleaning lady walk up at 9:00 and proceed to unlock the door!! Check out is clearly 10:00 and I politely told her that we will be out by then. But gosh, had I had been in the shower, and the teens upstairs packing up...awkward. Beds were not comfortable. Squeaky upstairs floors. Towels were dirty had to re wash. People leaving trash all outside in front of properties. Not too safe of an area. Loud music. Handles falling off, towels old and ratty etc. This property is not in the best neighborhood either . We did not feel safe and we are from Chicago! The common pool is filthy and CROWDED. Could not get a single spot in 10 days. Wi-Fi only works in main room. Would not stay here again. Very disappointed. It was not what we expected. ##### Kristin T.
