Don’t advertise a pool table when the table has a broken leg which appears to have been there for a while and cannot be used.2\. Lights inside pool do not turn on and when asked how to turn on no respond was given until day before we had to leave3\. Sliding door to pool does not lock4\. While family was enjoying the pool in early afternoon pool guy came to clean and add chlorine to pool and family had to leave pool area for over an hour. Not good timing.5\. We checked in late. Came down the next morning to roaches everywhere. Tried getting in touch with the host. No response, called vacassa. They said someone would be in touch soon. Never heard from them. 2 of the 5 tvs worked, the beds were dirty and stained. I have pics of all of this. Scared to use kitchen utensils as we opened the dishwasher and roaches were even in there. Probably should have went with a hotel room. Vacassa did not follow up until a week after we got home. I would NOT recommend this property to anybody. I spoke to vacassa 4x Always got the response somebody will be out soon. Never happened. Very disappointed. We have never had a problem with any properties we have stayed at thru VRBO. Had to use things around the house to secure it. 4\. Washer in the laundry room turned on, on its own and felt like it was running. 5\. A few of the toilets need to be looked at since they seem to be running all the time. Like the tank doesn’t fill with water or something. 6\. A huge leak in one of the upstairs bathrooms,, plaster peeling from the ceiling, visible leak stains on the ceiling. 7\. Footprints on the half wall in the upstairs den + lots of stains on the walls. 8\. Called and texted about all these issues and was told someone would come out but never heard back. The “spa” was not what we expected as a “hot tub” but after speaking to property management they explained it to us. That there is an extra fee for it to be hot. Very large home, we were 8 adults and it did not feel crammed. The resort pool was only 2 mins away which was great on our last few days. The pool at the house was nice too when we got back from the parks at night. I would highly recommend this place! ##### Allain B. Just was upset none of the tvs worked at first then one in one bedroom starting working. Called serval times, but they couldn't help over the phone. So no tv unless we used kids gaming system to watch tv.
