Pristine 6 Bedrooms Home with Private Pool and in the sought after Solterra Resort. This home has everything you need for a perfect and relaxing vacation. House accommodates : 13 people (no more). This community is JUST FEW MINUTES FROM THEME PARKS and all major attractions in Orlando-FL (Disney, Universal and Seaworld). The resort has lots to offer including a state of the art Clubhouse, huge resort pool, tennis courts, volleyball court and even a children's playground area.

This home has everything you need for a perfect and relaxing vacation. House accommodates : 13 people (no more). This community is JUST FEW MINUTES FROM THEME PARKS and all major attractions in Orlando-FL (Disney, Universal and Seaworld). The resort has lots to offer including a state of the art Clubhouse, huge resort pool, tennis courts, volleyball court and even a children's playground area. A brand new lazy river has just opened! and clubhouse restaurant as well. Don't delay as this home will book quickly.

The home has a large living areas downstairs for your group. A large open concept living area downstairs to gather the family awaits you. A beautiful dining area with seating for 6 and large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar at the kitchen Island has seating for 4 more guests. There is a large screen Roku TV in the living Room/kitchen combo area.There is also a lounge area upstrairs with a large Roku TV to watch your favorite movies and relax after a long day at the parks. In the garage we have a Basketball Game.  
  
The outside area has a covered patio overlooking the fully screened in pool. Ample seating and lounge chairs are available to soak up the warm Florida sun. Take a dip in the private pool (Pool Heat is Extra) or soak in the spill over spa. This home is a short drive to the Solterra resort clubhouse and its ameninites, pools, lazy river and everything else. Solterra may surprise you in more ways than one! Abundant with natural flora and fauna, Solterra offers a therapeutic escape from your hectic life.  
  
With proximity to Orlando's world-famous attractions, exceptional shopping centers, easy access to I-4 and in the vicinity of clear lakes and top notch golf courses, Solterra is an ideal location where you can have it all! As you enter through the charming gatehouse, you will feel the harmony that living close to nature brings. Water conservation areas and luscious greenery around the community creates a peaceful home environment.  
  
An elaborate, spacious 6,700 sqft clubhouse encompasses an internet room, fitness center and a large inviting gathering room. Moreover, it is equipped with many outdoor activities so you can have fun in the sun including a resort style pool, picnic area, children's playground and volleyball court. Solterra Resort features the beautiful Palm, Beach and Coastal Collection of homes. These gorgeous homes are designed with generous open living areas, elegant features, and flowing layouts for a truly exclusive feeling.  
  
Homes in Solterra are located on over-sized conservation or water home sites, providing privacy in the back yard. Nature's paradise can be your private retreat! IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES. READ BEFORE BOOKING: PARKING: Please always lock your vehicle. You can park your car on the house driveway. A few additional street parking spaces are available if needed and these vehicles must be parked within the designated, market spaces along the curb. Vehicles parked on the street outside of marked spaces and other unauthorized vehicles can be towed without notice.  
  
Parking in common area parking spaces (not including the clubhouse/amenity center) shall be on a first come/first serve basis. However, vehicles shall not be parked in the same space for more than three (3) consecutive days or may be subject to towing. No overnight parking at the clubhouse is allowed. Violators are subject to immediate towing. PARTIES: That community has very strict NO parties policy.  
  
There are security people and off duty Sherrif officers to enforce the law working in the community. The HOA has contracted with the security company in order to provide manned vehicle roving every evening. The roving service searches noise complaints and for cars not parked in a designated area and immediately calls the tow truck. If we receive complains there is a party going on in the property, a penalty fee will be charged.
