Signature Estate is the ultimate choice for a magical family vacation! If you like the “SUN” this is the home for you. The home is one of the few homes in Reunion with a rare southerly view, and enjoys direct sunlight all day long, making the pool deck a sunbather's paradise. The deck is surrounded by ample sun loungers, ideal for those who want to bask in the warmth. The summer kitchen is perfect for grilling up delicious meals, and the elegant outdoor dining table with seating for 16 creates a perfect setting for al fresco dining under the sun's golden rays. The open concept floor plan is designed for quality family time. Relax in the living area with comfortable sectional sofas, an 85-inch Series 8 TV, Blu-ray player, surround sound, and beautiful ceiling beams that create a luxurious ambiance. The living room TV includes Apple TV 2 for games and streaming your favorite shows. The gourmet kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances, two ovens, an oversized refrigerator, granite counters, and custom cabinetry, is perfect for preparing delicious meals. There is counter seating for 6 around the kitchen island, and a grand dining table with seating for 18 for formal meals. Signature Estate offers 5 master suites, each with a king-size bed, private bathroom, TV, and ceiling fan. Three master suites are located on the ground floor, while the other two are on the second floor. Bedrooms 6 and 7 are truly magical and will be the highlight of the kids' vacation. One room features 2 custom full-over-full bunk beds, a sitting area, and a faux bookcase that leads to a hidden kids' area with a karaoke machine. The second kids' room transports them into a storybook world with 2 twin/twin bunk beds and a twin daybed for your little princess. Both kids' rooms also include Apple TV 2, allowing the little ones to enjoy their favorite shows. The attention to detail in these rooms will truly amaze you. Two some of the games that were there but was not working. Called and reported them to the property management twice and no one came to fix them. The Direct TV in multi bedroom did not work, reported it as well and was not fixed during our stay. One of the bedroom downstairs had dirty linens. The alarms on the back door were irritating. They could have listed that in the listing because every time you opened the door to go outside or to go in you had to push a button everytime or if it’s left open a short time. At 8:30 am on the day of check out, someone was parked sitting outside the door waiting for us to leave which was very uncomfortable. Check out isn’t until 10:00 am. One of the master beds was broke, the property just isn’t being taking care of. Disappointed because we thought booking a bigger house this year with more games would be better but it wasn’t by far. First time to use Magical Vacation Homes, won’t be booking a property if they are managing the property. I forgot to mention that my host was’t very friendly or welcoming. When I asked a question they were short and didn’t make there self clear and when asked a different way to make sure that I understood right, they replied rudely. ##### Tonya G. Unfortunately, not very well taken care of. The house is filthy. 1/2 bathroom was broken our entire five day stay.
