Upon chevk in there was an issue with the access code received, however, I contacted the property management and had it sorted over the phone in 10 minutes. The only thing I would recommend to the owners, would be to look about getting some actual curtains or blinds for the sliding door facing the pool looking directly into the living & dining area of the unit. The water park area was cool but not big enough to accomodate the amount of people in the resort. Overall we had a good experience. I was very disappointed with the management company. When I booked, I thought it took my payment in full. I never received check in instructions so I emailed a couple days in advance. Never heard back so I called the night before. She said I hadn't paid yet so that's why. But they had never contacted me and told me that. When I mentioned that, her response was "We have 100 reservations a day. We don't have time for that."
