The views are absolutely amazing. Our condo has elevator access to all floors and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Our condo location is ONLY SECONDS to poolside. A newly built Wal-Mart is only 2min by car from Windsor Hills main entrance with the Disney Parks only a 15min drive. Our condo has recently been upgraded including wood flooring in master and guest bedroom, new kitchen cabinets, appliances and new granite countertops fitted within the kitchen and both bathrooms. This is a real home from home with unrivalled comfort and style. Our condo is a self-catering unit with complimentary starter paper goods. There is a ring door bell in for added security. Windsor Hills is a safe secure manned 24/7 gated community where facilities are unmatched around the Disney area. Key features include: Relaxing on the balcony enjoying the unique opportunity to witness the best Panoramic Views in Windsor Hills including views of the pool, lake, clubhouse, new waterslides and of the surrounding areas. The sunset views over the lake are breathtaking as is the pool view diring day time and at night, it is fantastic!! This fabulous 3 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation condo includes bedroom 1- master King bed, bedroom 2 guest King bed- bedroom 3 is a Dalmation themed bedroom with twin beds. Additionally other equipment includes baby equipment, high chair, pack & play, baby bath, small baby bouncer and a stroller. SMART TV's There are 34' SMART TV's in all bedrooms, a living area with a Samsung 55 inch' SMART wall mounted TV and stereo system with iPod dock. This is a self catering property with a fully equipped kitchen. After complimentary supplies have been used up you need to supply trash bags, soap, detergent, paper products etc. There is a new wine/bakery at Formosa 1.0 mile from Windsor Hills. Everything was as described. It really nice enjoying the patio and having a coffee in the morning. The pool can get noisy with the music and people. Honestly wasn’t that bad and didn’t bother us. This was a great option for family of 4-6 to spread out. The parks were only 12-15 minutes away. The one thing I will mention is the AC thermostat system. You will have windows of time where you can turn the AC down to a max of 72\. This is not a big deal during the day but at night does get hot. Also, you have windows of when you can adjust and then it goes back up to 75\. This becomes a bit of an issue at night. The window starts at 10pm, so if you go to bed at early this may be an issue. I understand this system but would be nice if at night you can set to 70\. The only other thing would be the main bedroom pillows need to be replaced. They were very flattened. I will say all the beds were comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about the owner. She was always there if you had a question of needed help. ##### Chris R. The balcony overlooks the pool, the provisions, food and drink in the shop were ample. Walmart very close by and many restaurants, and so close to the parks. Excellent location, very clean, pool area like a mini water park. Any age will enjoy a stay. Everything you need is there, including a rice cooker. Teens will enjoy the game room with pool table. Best thing for families is the view right at the pool. You can see everyone play as you prepare food or stay on the screened porch reading. One child even said they would enjoy being there without leaving the property. Mins from any Disney property and under an hour to Legoland. Very secure. Ample parking. The elevator large enough for a wagon full made this Nana happy. It was also quiet enough for nap time and sleeping in. I plan on staying here again. Pictures and description was accurate. Owners and property manager was outstanding as far as being in constant communication when necessary. We have stayed at Windsor Hills several times and if we ever decide not to it will be only due to the extremely rude security guards. This may seem like an odd complaint but it is very frustrating to see people doing a job that they dislike, Angelo by far exceeded the definition of rude. We have never had a nice interaction with any of them. The maintenance team needs to give them all a lesson in customer service, they are so friendly and do a great job. Thank you again to the owners and property manager for allowing us to stay in this awesome unit. ##### Andrea V. Great condo, great location and amenities! The whole family enjoyed our time here. The only thing I would say is that once you shower in the master bathroom it smelled a bit musty. Great communication with the owners and in a timely manner! The condo actually felt like it belonged to us for the duration of our stay. My parents were unable to travel with us so the extra rooms made for a additional reading and watching tv space. Completely stocked with starter supplies and an abundance of dishes. Easy access to the pool and the Marketplace. Awesome view of the pool with live music on one afternoon. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, especially Kasey and her husband at the Marketplace!!
