Thankfully we we’re barely in the villa as we had Disney tickets but we checked our luggage multiple times and kids were anxious at night. We texted the property manager the first morning and she was very apologetic and said she was sending someone to assist with problem but we were at Disney when that happened. The floors REALLY need a professional tile clean our socks were black. And some furniture can be moved around so it can cleaned underneath. The place was clean but the floors just could be much cleaner! The beds were comfortable and the upgrades are nice. OVERALL the resort was great very convenient but we were disappointed about the waterpark as the slides were closed. Also during the slow season the restaurants are closed 2 days a week. Italian restaurant> Sunday and Monday Mexican Restaurant Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The Mexican restaurant was awesome. ##### Karissa P.
