Séjour de 4 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Cher T. 6 juill. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Perfect Location, Spacious Home This is the fourth house I've rented in Sonoma Resort community and have decided so because of the secure entry and convenient location/proximity to restaurants and stores at the Loop, essentials like Sam's Club, Walmart/Target. There was ample sleeping space and enough bathrooms for a team of teen female athletes. We were extremely happy with this beautiful home and the communication with the host was always quick and attentive. Our stay was for 7 nights and we arrived to find a clean, welcoming home... and the best value for our budget. We made the most with the appliances provided (dishwasher, toaster oven, electric grill) while could have used more larger pots/pans, baking and serving dishes for groups to do family-style meals. An easy solution was to do a quick run to Goodwill for a baking sheet & dutch oven pot & Dollar Tree for foil pans & large containers to supplement with kitchen storage. The large TV's throughout the home, in the garage game room and the patio/pool area was perfect for teens and the living room areas were great for the team to review tournament video. At times when the front/back doors opened we could hear neighboring houses and gatherings, but as soon as they were closed you could not hear any outside noise; even the thunder and downpours were muted because of the insulation. This was definitely helpful in also keeping the AC temps cool and comfortable. Overall, if this house is available again next year, I would for sure book again! The overall stay was great, but there are some things that need improvement. Some friendly suggestions, a robot cleaner for the floors will be perfect. We didn’t have any type of cleaner to do the floor cleaning.. The pool was always cold although it says that it is heated. When we checked out we realized that we forgot a blanket there. The person who we talk with wasn’t helpful and we couldn’t have our blanket back. Of course it’s just a blanket but it is also the attitude. But again, our time there was very good and the house was just what we needed for a vacation of 14 people!! It is also a very good location if you are planning to go to Disney and Universal! ##### Melisa T. The only issues we had was the internet was extremely glitchy. We couldn’t watch TV due to the internet not working. And our phones (we have Verizon) didn’t work really in the house. The hot tub needs to be heated prior to visit, found that out the hard way. I thought we needed to let them know if we wanted the pool heated. The walls could have been cleaned or repainted. They were quite dirty. But other than that is was a decent stay. Close enough to places we could hop in the car and go. ##### Tiffani C.
