The host is quick to respond to questions or concerns. The Disney parks are easy to get to from this location. The kids did not want to get out of the pool. The game room was fun and the kids really enjoyed playing in there.The decor was somewhat dated but it was comfortable. There were plenty towels and linens. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans. There were grocery stores area that were convenient.A few things we noticed… There was a think layer of dust on the air conditioning vents and some of the baseboards. We also noticed that the floors in the kitchen and living room had not been swept. We did sweep them. The bathtub in the bathroom my husband and I used did not drain properly and made it difficult to clean, but we tried. In the end we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this to friends looking for a place to stay. ##### Renee B.
