My flight was delayed. I called the property at 9:32 pm and was told yes you will be able to check in when I arrive after 12:00am I arrive at 12:32. Parking lot closed leaving me to have to find another hotel for my 5 year daughter and I.

READ THE REVIEWS. I wish I had before choosing this dump. The sheets and bed had dried blood stains, clumps of hair, bugs in the bed and shower, staff couldn’t do anything but bring us a change of sheets, and guess what, those also had blood stains on them. Requested to change the pillow cases as well, blood stains on the pillow. It was a nightmare from the moment we checked in until we left.

Poor experience here. Stayed 8 nights (sat-sun) they only cleaned our room once during the stay. Even when I requested it the front desk lady told me I had to request the day before otherwise cleaning is every 3 days. I asked on Saturday as our room hadn’t been cleaned since Tuesday. On top of that we had people try to get into our room because the front desk checked them in and assigned them to our room. We also had a maintenance guy knock on our door repeatedly at 11:30pm just to give us towels we didn’t ask for when I told him he got the wrong room he just walked away. The water stinks and our shower curtain rod kept falling down. No basic cable in this place either so we had no tv unless we signed into Netflix. Overall negative experience would not stay here again regardless of the price

Overall was quite clean. Check in was very slow with staff having a difficult time communicating clearly. Noice in the hallway was quite loud with very little insulation in the door or between rooms. The breakfest and staff working in that area were very good

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast was oké. Outside of the hotel was not nice but the lake was beautifull with arias to sit and relax. Our shower did only give hot water

I found a thumb tack in bed next to my son, not sure how you can clean a room and bed for new guest and leave a thumb tack in the bed. That is a major safety issue and could have harmed my son and cause an infection. I’m very disappointed with the staff. I also requested to have the room cleaned and no showed up. Poor service. The bathroom smells like the plumbing needs to be fixed. Each time I call the front desk from the room phone, no one would answer. I chose this hotel because the price was good and the pictures were nice, but it goes without saying you get what you pay for. The presentation is there but the quality and comfort needs improvement.

Smelly and dirty rooms, old furniture, really bad breakfast, they have speakers with music all night, you can't rest well. I do not recommend to anybody.

We killed a large cockroach in our room on the first night and a large spider in our son’s bed on the second. We had no idea (it wasn’t listed anywhere on the hotel’s page on Expedia) that the rooms are only cleaned EVERY 3RD DAY and then only if you request it. This was not communicated to us when we checked in either, and we only found out when we asked at the front desk after the 2nd day of returning from the parks to an unmade room. Not even the trash was taken out. It’s not surprising that they have roaches. Also, 3 out of the 4 nights we went to the parks, when we got back to our room around midnight, exhausted, the room key did not work. Each time one of us had to walk all the way back to the lobby which was quite far away, to get it fixed. I’m amazed that this place has an 8/10 rating here on Expedia (which was why we chose it). It barely merits a 5/10, mostly because it’s relatively close to both Disney and Universal. But with the exorbitant “resort fees” that get added on, it’s just not worth it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place unless you’re really willing to slum it.

Wonderful stay at the Palazzo! We stayed at the beginning of our trip and decided to re-book with them at the end of our trip after discovering that the Seralago hotel down the road was not as advertised (do NOT recommend to ANYONE). Palazzo was clean and tidy, attentive and so very pleasant. Breakfast was one of the nicer inclusive breakfasts we’ve had while traveling. We felt extremely safe and its location was excellent. Will be returning in the future and will recommend to family and friends hands down!

My son walked on the floor in his sock in the room when we arrived at the hotel the floor made his sock dirty. I spoke with someone at the reception and she said oh that we must have walked on the floor with our shoes from outside. This is so terrible as we just arrived at the hotel. None the less we survived. Next thing some of the mattresses needs changed as the room my niece and her husband got there was a big sink hole in the bed. Just saying.

We stayed at this hotel from 4 pm till 2 am only, so didn’t get to spend much time there. We went to the pool and it was a nice pool. The water was clean and we enjoyed our time swimming. The room was big enough for us and the beds were very comfortable. There were only 2 towels, one hand towel and one wash cloth, so not enough towels for the 4 of us. There was only one trash can in the bathroom, and none in the rest of the room. Overall, this hotel was good for what we needed it.
