Masters suite bed sheets were not cleaned and hairs from prior guests were on the pillows. Mattresses were not comfortable, so we did not rest good. But overall the owners responded on time

Clean, well equipped condo. Location was good, close to Oasis Clubhouse. However, all beds were extremely uncomfortable. All mattresses and pillows are in desperate need of replacement. The living room furniture was also very uncomfortable, couch and chair needs replacing with better quality pieces. I do want to thank the management supervisor for being very responsive to a few minor issues we had and the service person he sent was pleasant and very helpful.

#### Lovely property, only 2 things I would request future stays

Beautiful property. Pics are accurate to the property. Pool heat worked well and worth the extra cost to us. Extra fans were helpful and not everyone had to use one. Resort pools and bar were lovely. Close to theme parks. I would recommend mattress changes on the downstairs bed and Primary bed (or at least toppers, I could really feel the springs). Additionally, had a bit of trouble using the TVs. Although I didn't call or complain, knowing how to reset them to get them to work in the residence book would have been very helpful. We were only ever able to get 2 of the 5 to work, and then the last night, only 1 would work. We had no issues checking in or out, trash was picked up daily. Overall it was an excellent stay.

#### Great stay, good location

This is a beautiful townhouse! Parking is directly in front of the townhouse. Loved the location of this rental! It was very close to The Resort. A 5min walk. The Resort is amazing. It’s included in the stay. Daily wristbands. The Resort does not provide towel and neither did the townhouse. (We didn’t pack any so we had to buy them.) There is a Lazy River, a slide, and a saltwater pool. There is a restaurant and servers will walk around to the pool guests and take your food and drink order and bring it to you poolside. Good location…Publix grocery, restaurants and fast food are close. Returning to the gated community was frustrating at times. One evening, we waited 20mins in line to get back in through the gates. The private pool at the Townhouse is really small but was enough for little kids to swim in. I suggest adding more silverware, plates and glasses to the townhouse. And more bath towels. No hand towels or wash cloths were provided. We stayed for AAU Nationals Volleyball tournament. Drive back and forth to the Orange County Convention Center daily. About a 40min drive. About a 30min drive to the airport. Easy check in and check out.

Overall the place was great, the location was the best! very close to the Oasis, which we wanted. The place was clean, walls had markings but didn't expect to be perfect. We only used the pool once as it was to cold, I thought May would be warm enough with it being 34 out but it was not, the table and chairs outside was nice and the lounge chairs. Kitchen had all supplies we needed, could have used a few more towels. I would recommend to stay here! We were barely there as we did a lot of adventures this time. When we booked there were not alot of reviews to go on but we were happy with our stay!!

Overall, the property was perfect for our needs. The only fault was the lack of kitchen supplies (no dish towels or dish soap). We needed to buy extra dishwasher pods, papertowels, dish soap & garbage bags. Next time, I will pack some of these items just in case.

Very nice layout, home was clean, lovely kitchen. We enjoyed the private heated pool and access to the Oasis clubhouse for a community pool, volleyball, drinks and food. You can't go wrong with his property. We had loud neighbors for a few nights that was our only negative experience
