This property was clean, safe, and relaxing. I felt like I was on vacation as soon as I entered the doors. The staff went out of their way to help me. I was injured a few days before my visit and couldn't walk well and they provided parking and shuttles to make my stay very easy.

First room we were assigned had a mix of ammonia and mold in the air. They did move us and the next room was pleasant. The building is showing signs of its age. Staff was very friendly and polite.

Front desk staff was amazing fast & efficient. Bar staff was friendly & helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby & close to the Airport. What I didn't like was at 6am I asked a staff member from the Front desk area for a luggage cart. He curtly said, "check front door I don't know what to tell you". I left my room key cards in our room....automatic gate wouldn't ooen to let us out & had to press lost ticket. $$$ 53 for parking--I already paid. Last issue I needed on my way to the Airport was this ridiculous issue !!

You really have to do something about the doors slamming from other rooms it’s very loud and uncomfortable. Couldn’t sleep tell everyone else on the floor was in there rooms. And our safe wasn’t working.

Glitzy public area but rooms were a bit shabby.
There were ugly stains on the sitting chair, rendering it useless. Furnishings are old and worn. HVAC rattled the entire night - very noisy, making it hard to sleep. Shuttle service was very good.

We checked in and the TV and phone weren’t working. We were not able to order room service as the phone was not working and then the room service hours ended. We had to change rooms to a one where the TV and phone were working so it was inconvenient. The staff was helpful though.

We selected the hotel because it was close to the airport—convenient. The stay was good, except for the fact that the walls were so thin, we could hear the telephone conversation of the person in the next room as well as the television in the other room. Doors were banging in the halls, and you needed a parka to walk down the hallway. It was SO cold! Having said that, the room was spacious, commodious and very clean.
