This property is conveniently located on the west side of Disney and is just a 10-minute drive away from the park. The suite has a large private patio, fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), and in suite laundry machines. Free parking and wifi included! The Space: Please note the unit common area photos are representative imagery, the actual furniture and decorations may vary as we make changes to enhance your experience with us. Featuring three bedrooms, this condo can host up to 7 guests at a time. There is a large King bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a private patio entrance attached. The bathroom has a soaker tub, a double vanity, and large standing shower as well. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and also has a patio attached. The third bedroom has Mickey Mouse themed decorations and a bunk-bed; with a twin bed on the top bunk and a full bed on the bottom. All the bedrooms have smart TVs with high speed internet access. There is a fully equipped kitchen, loaded with high end stainless steel appliances. You'll love the deep double sink, full sized fridge/freezer combo, and large capacity dishwasher. There's lots of room for cooking on the granite countertops, and plenty of cupboard space to keep your snacks handy! There's even a dining table for family meals. The suite is air conditioned, has in suite laundry machines, and there's a large screened-in patio. There's even free onsite parking and complimentary access to the building amenities! Building amenities include a outdoor community pool, sauna, games room, fitness center, and meeting rooms. Guest Access: Parking: •There is free parking available in the lot underneath the building, please note this cannot be reserved and is on a first come, first serve basis - with a height restriction of 7.5Ft. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles. Unit Access: • As you enter through the main entrance to the lobby, you'll notice hallways with wide clearance and two elevators. The building amenities are open from 8am - 10pm, year round The Neighborhood: Palisades Condominium is right off the 192, with easy access to a great selection of restaurants, shopping spots and entertainment.
