January-June, October-December is highly recommended to add pool heater. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Listing is a bit misleading as you should not expect to have an ice cream maker. This was one of the reasons we booked this place and although there is a commercial soft serve machine in the house there are no instructions or soft serve mix in the house. You would have to be familiar with a commercial machine (or look up instructions) and more importantly have pre purchased commercial ice cream mix (which is not available anywhere locally) in order to get the thing to work. ##### Matthew B.
