I was placed in a room that was not clean and was not what i paid for. Then i was moved to a supposedly suite that was a little better, however the tub drain was clogged and the sink was clogged. The room had a sink, a fridge and burner the burner is just for sppearance i think which i dont understand why, what is the purpose of having two burners when you can't use it, there were no pots, dishes, utensils, an empty kichen wanna be. No housekeeping service, i guess i wasn' n paying enough i expected were no pots or

It’s terrible, I’ve never stayed in a hotel doesn’t provide drinking hotel water the entire hotel even lobby. The night time front desk staff was extremely unfriendly when I asked to get hot water for my tea. They also don’t provide bottled water too so you have to pay for it at their vending machine. Also there’s not enough night time parking space unless you get back early and don’t drive to get dinner or go shopping. It’s worst then a motel !!!

Everything was fine except, i went down to the lobby for fresh sheets and towels at my second day , the girl told me that instead of that; they will clean the room and Everything would be fresh. I leave for few hours and when i cameback , nothing was done . So i went to the lobby again and the other girl told ne that they will clean the room next day .not today. I didn't l like it.

It was one of the worst hotels I've ever been in...the room is cleaned once every three days, there is almost no internet in the room, a very poor breakfast, the noise of the air conditioner doesn't let you sleep...wind comes under the door of the room...in short, no I recommend this hotel in general ... despite its excellent location.

Great property, area is convenient. Free continental breakfast, large seating area, seating in lobby area, pool is very nice with loungers. Rooms are spacious, furniture could use some updating but it was very clean. Complimentary Dove products in the bathroom which was nice. Minor issue, our safe in the room didn’t work but not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay there again.

Linens were dirty. I checked in at 1:30 in the morning. The next morning I woke up and it was stains on my sheets. The house keeper came and changed them. But even while she was changing them the linen was dirty that she bought out. Also while taking the shower the my towels were dirty.

Pictures in Expedia are NOT what you get. This property was added on to and you get the old part of the property. Room was very dated and old. The lobby and added on towers are very nice, but not the rooms!

The rooms could be cleaner. Not enough parking at the hotel past 9pm… you have to park in a neighboring parking lot full of people due to events in the shopping. Didn’t feel comfortable parking my car there but there was no other option.

I did not like how the staff communicate with the guests. They have a attitude problem. They refused to do house keeping even when asked. They would not let me take another cup of juice when the breakfast time is up. They will cut out the room key right at 11am , even you are not check out and your baggage is still inside the room!!
