This is one of the newest built luxury 3 DB/2.5BA end unit townhuse in beautiful Regal Oaks Resort; The house can sleep up to 8 persons. The house is surrounded by a large green space, and features extra large screened-in patio with private hot tub, It includes a fully-equipped open-space kitchen, living room and dinning room. Open concept kitchen w/ wood cabinets, granite counter, and stainless steel appliances; TVs in living room and master bedroom. The resort clubhouse is in walking distance, It has pool, spa, kids water slides, kid play area, fitness, tennis, restaurant, bar, business center, theme park ticket center, convenient store. The resort has 24-hr security guard for your safety.
Each bedroom is fully furnished, full size washer, dryer, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are provided for your convenience. All rooms are beautifully decorated so that you can feel at home when you are on vacation!
Second floor master bedroom: includes a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with good size bath-tub, flat screen TV with cable, large walk-in closet, dresser.
Second floor bedroom: includes Queen-size bed, dresser and closet.
Second floor bedroom: includes two single-size beds, dresser, closet.

The house has 2.5 bathrooms in total. There is a half bathroom located in the downstairs common area. 2nd floor master bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom. Another full bathroom is located on the 2nd floor which is shared by the other 2 bedrooms upstairs.
*** Fresh bath towels and pool towels are provided for all guests. The pool towels can be used for swimming pool at clubhouse, but must be brought back to the house after use. ***
