These comprise some of the best facilities in Florida, including sports courts, resort pool, Children’s splash zone / pad areas pool slides, playgrounds and a gym as well as much more! The primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily under 25-year-olds or those from the local vicinity), however family groups with Children aged 0 -100 are welcome! One of the newest resorts in Orlando. To stay at Storey Lake is to enjoy a premium resort experience. This home away from home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. The open floor concept allows everyone to be together while cooking, watching TV or dipping in and out of the private pool area! Bedroom Configuration First Floor \- Queen Bedroom 1 \- Queen Bedroom 2 \- Bathroom with walk in shower Second Floor / Upstairs \- Master Suite – Queen Bed with attached bathroom \- King Bedroom Suite with attached bathroom \- Twin Bedroom \- Family Bathroom \- The third bedroom has a Queen bed \- Fourth Bedroom has 2 x twin beds – Super Mario \- Each bedroom has its own TV This home has its own private splash pool and covered outdoor sitting space with loungers chairs. Fully equipped laundry room and high speed free (of course) wi-fi are also available. Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise. Optional pool heat is available for $35/day including tax 5 days. The minimum activation is $175 which includes up to 5 days of heating, add $35 for additional days. We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the Winter and Spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply. A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use please ask for more information about grill options. More About the Resort Storey Lake is the perfect setting for building your family memories. World class resort amenities and comforts make the perfect retreat from the convenient access to nearby theme parks, shopping, dining and entertainment. Storey Lake’s amenities make it the premier destination in Orlando. Naturally, with a modern, high end resort property, a fully-equipped kitchen with appliances stone counter tops and all the appliances you might need for a resort stay. High-speed Internet Wi-Fi access of course and cable TV, linens and towels as well as a starter selection hotel style bathroom amenities to get you going on your self-catered trip. Noteworthy but not exhaustive:- Entrance to Storey Lake is secured by gate and guardhouse. The Hideaway - Clubhouse: There are no fees for clubhouse use (which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!). Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge. Some common questions answered about Storey Lake Resort! \- Are the pools heated year round? Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round! \- What are the pool hours? The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily. \- What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides? Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time. \- Are there activities at the Resort? Yes and the activities change monthly! Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra? \- Mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too. \- What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close? They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily. \- What time does the Clubhouse open/close? 9 am – 9 pm daily. \- What time does the Fitness Center open/close? 5 am – 12 am daily. The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM. ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. Child names (not ages) are also required for entrance into the community. This check-in / pre arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which-ever is the sooner’). If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.5% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. My children had to sleep on wet towels on the living room floor covered in sweat. Then the roaches...there was at least a dozen over the week we were there. It started in the downstairs bathroom and, while that room was sprayed when requested, the roaches were then found all over upstairs and downstairs. I watched a roach crawl over my sleeping daughter! That is all on top of the dishwasher being rusted inside, the bar stool chairs being ripped, the child net/gate to the pool completely broken and the pool chairs being so rusted that the chair legs literally fell apart when touched. All this to say, they offered me money if I signed an NDA and never tell about the roaches, broken AC, and false pictures. I will not sign. Their basic customer service and any care about cleanliness is severely lacking. However, the location of Storey Lake is wonderful—just use any other Vrbo there. ##### Michelle T. The next thing we noticed was how all the pool chairs were rusty and broke whichever caused my daughter to cut her foot on the rusty chair! Took all day to get new chairs and the customer service was horrible we were literally being ignored and told we would get a call back which wasn't happening. Next the pool heater was barely working talk about a waste of $245, this was also brought to customer service and we were blown off about that. Then everyone goes to sleep to find that every bed in the house was like sleeping on the floor, me and my wife ended up sleeping on the couch the entire stay. They don't provide you with extra toilet paper or trash bags which was very inconvenient! The 2nd day there my wife was cooking in the kitchen and stepped on a shard of glass which was obviously there before we got there. Overall the trip was a disaster I even asked for a full refund and to leave after the first day and they wouldn't even do that..I spent alot of money to stay in this condo and I wish I could get my money back thus place was the worst place I have ever stayed and customer service is absolute trash!! ##### Ronald C. This apartment was big & had lots of room. It was not in perfect condition & a few pieces of furniture were broken (or very wobbly) - it didn't ruin our stay, just be warned so you don't expect it to be perfect. Couch was comfy & all appliances worked fine. The main issue we had was that the downstairs bedroom could hear all the walking and movement from the upstairs room. Overall, great stay at a great price for the neighborhood. ##### Jenelle R.
