Welcome to our Fantasmic Wonderland, located within the most sought after Windsor Hills Resort. It is 5 minutes from WDW Disney World and 20 minutes from Sea world and Universal Studios.

Our vacation home with fully customized themed bedrooms, incredible Arcade room and south-east facing private heated pool and spa, is recently renovated (March 2021) to suit your needs. We are offering FREE Pool and Spa heat for you to enjoy during fall/winter season

This spacious and beautifully decorated 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home can accommodate a family or group of up to 15 people. When you walk in, you are greeted with a beautiful Billiard Collection pool table. There is an open living and dining floorpan with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with essential utensils, pots, pans etc along with all the appliances you will need for your vacation. Enjoy free high speed WiFi, cable and smart TVs in all the rooms, pack n play, baby gate, pool alarm, baby safety pool fence, high chair, stroller and games for the kids.

After a long day at the parks, you can unwind with the whole family in an air-conditioned fully equipped arcade room. You will fall in love with our state of the art Arcade room including Basketball, Air Hockey, Foosball, 2 side by side Sega Racing Games and Xbox and PS4 gaming system. One of the living areas feature American Heritage Hunter Billiard Collection Pool Table with a table tennis top. Explore Orlando and its magic during the day relax at home with over 100+ classical DVD movies or family board games. You can also spend the day at home and grill up dinner in our new gas grill in your own private screened lanai backs onto a shallow wall and a grass area with dining table, lounge chairs, TV, BBQ gas Grill or enjoy your very own private heated pool and spa and get the feel of tropical Florida weather!

Last but not the least, spend an entire day in our resort style amenities free of charge including access to Windsor Hills Water park featuring dueling water slides, Olympic size lagoon style pool and hot tub, toddler pool, fitness center with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, recreational park with tennis, putting green, volleyball, children's playground, a picnic area, game room, movie theater, ATM and market place & grill. This home will truly be your wonderland! Please note, community pool is closed for maintenance for the month of September 2024. Waterpark will still be open.

Our Wonderland has enhanced cleaning protocols in place and has 24/7 security with the video door bell and exterior cameras for your safety and a unique key code for a smart lock so you don't have to keep track of the keys during your stay, and is a short 2 mins drive to the clubhouse where you will enjoy various waterfront activities, kids splash area, hot tub, water slides in Aqua water park, movie, theater, table tennis, game room, etc.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return. The host was extremely responsive — every question we had was answered quickly and clearly, which made planning and check‑in completely stress‑free.The house itself was perfect for our large group of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids ranging from 15 years old to just 2 months). There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and feel comfortable. The layout worked beautifully for families, and everything was clean, well‑maintained, and exactly as described.The pool was the highlight of the trip. The kids spent hours swimming and playing, and the adults loved having a peaceful spot to unwind. The outdoor area was spacious, private, and ideal for both relaxing and keeping an eye on the little ones.We truly appreciated how easy the entire experience was — from communication with the host to the overall setup of the home. It made traveling with a big group so much smoother. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

The Aladdin and lion king rooms were adorable. Kids loved the game room as did the adult men lol. It was in a great location, Windsor Hills is a wonderful secured resort so the was comforting. Anything that came up was quickly responded too. Home is as pictured. We also liked that this home allowed 3 car parking .

Perfect house not only for location but amenities and hosts!

The location is perfect to and from the parks and really anywhere we wanted to go. The house is set up perfect for the 3 families we stayed with, amount of beds with the pool and the community pool. The hosts were wonderful, quick to respond and helpful with anything we needed. We will stay here again if it’s available!!

Renter beware...

The house definitely shows its age, and it's not well maintained. Wasn't very clean and a lot of things were broken or run down. We were very excited for this house, it had everything we wanted, pool table, game room and tv out by the pool. We weren't allowed to check-in on time because they were still cleaning the house. Walked in at 5:18 and the house was still a mess. Broken glass all over the floor, clumps of hair behind every door. The pool table that we were excited for had one working pool cue. The TV by the pool where we were going to watch March madness was broken. Half the games in the game room didn't work. Overall, very disappointing experience at this property. Hosts weren't overly responsive when problems came up. Property manager tired to fix some things. But ghosted me when asked about cleaning the house again. The house was very run down, mold and water issues under the sink and on ceiling in kitchen. Please if you book this house beware. It needs a lot of work, including the patio chairs, one of which broke while someone was sitting on it causing him to fall through. Again, we were very disappointed in our stay at this house and don't want someone else to have the same issues we had. Very dated and they should probably update their pictures for this house. Pool got cleaned on our last day right in the middle of us swimming. The community itself was nice and we felt safe walking around and exploring the playgrounds and water park. Nice place at a decent location away from the chaos of Disney or universal. Our biggest callouts were sheets that were filthy - my sister had to change her sheets since there was dirt all in her bed and an old green bracelet like you get for a concert so I KNOW the sheets weren’t changed. Also, a lot of the arcade games in the garage didn’t work or were broken (score on basketball was not working, wheel on racing game didn’t work, air hockey pucks were damaged and table didn’t put out enough air to work right. If I had kids and rented it for that reason I would have been furious. Lots of water damage in kitchen HVAC from a previous VERY bad leak. Pool cues were all missing tips so we couldn’t play.

Windsor Hills

We enjoyed our stay at the villa and Windsor Hills. The hosts were extremely accomodating, and quick to respond. We arrived at the villa the day after hurricane Milton, but the hosts had the situation under control, and were able to accomodate our changing schedules. The villa is well equipped, and the Windsor Hills resort is very nice and safe. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Family Disney Trip

My family had an amazing stay. The house had everything thing you would need for your stay. Just when you think you forgot to bring something for your stay you would find it at this house. The neighborhood was amazing and quiet. The resort amenities was fantastic. It was such a short drive back home from Disney. The owners messaged us during our trip just to make sure we were comfortable or needed anything. We will definitely book here again!

We had a group of 12 people ranging in ages and this house had something for everyone. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with a special request! Of all the houses I’ve stayed in this was my favorite! The pool was a huge hit on our days home and after the parks at night. The bbq pit and kitchen was used daily and we had everything we needed. What we didn’t bring the Walmart was only down the street and we were able to run there when we needed to. Thank you for making our vacation amazing!

Great place for children

House and game room were great! Kids loved playing the air hockey, racing arcade and basketball arcade and pool. The only complaint is that the beds are not the most comfortable. All parties complained of how uncomfortable their bed was but honestly after a full day of going to the theme park we were all too exhausted to care too much. Overall would recommend the house and would stay here again.

September to remember

I narrowed down the resort to Windsor Hills as the pool and water park looked awesome. The kids enjoyed the water slides and splash pads multiple days. I knew that I wanted a house with a pool/spa. The pool and spa were enjoyable at the property. I searched for several weeks in different price ranges per night before making my decision. Their were several properties between $200-$300 that had a pool/spa and space for my family. I decided to search $300-$400 to just see what was out there. This property caught my eye with the game room. Looked very cool and the kids would love it. We could stay in more and enjoy the activities. The game room disappointed very much so. The racing games are still broken. When I booked my trip originally I do not remember reading in the description that they were not functioning. It is in the description currently. Owner was quick to respond and let me know that it was stated. The basketball game had mostly random balls and most of them flat. The air hockey table kept getting pucks stuck in the shoot on one side. The fooseball table also had a broken handle. Owner should put some work into the game room if it is going to be a selling point. The house overall was very nice and large. Kids loved the themed bed rooms. Owner was very responsive and let us check in a little early since our flight was pushed up. The resort overall is very nice and would definitely stay at the resort again.

Great vacation home

We had a great experience and appreciated the excellent communication from the hosts as well as the many thoughtful details about the house. The layout of the house worked well for our family, the ceiling fans in the bedrooms kept the rooms comfortable even on the hot days, and the pool was the perfect temperature for afternoon swims. The owners provided a nice amount of starting items and the target and Walmart nearby made it easy to grab groceries for some home cooked meals. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Amazing home to stay at during vaca

The house was amazing . Beautifully decorated . Nice size rooms, arcade/ game room was great offer if you have children on trip with you. The home owners always respond quickly for any of your needs during your stay. I would absolutely tell anyone this is a great place to stay for your vaca to florida. Super close to parks i mean couldnt ask for more. Already talking to owners about staying again next yr this time.

Smoke and Mirrors

The listing pics are not representative of the actual decor, rugs missing, everything just a little off. Everything in the game room was “a little broken”, air hockey pucks incorrect and fly off table, basketballls all different sizes and deflated, half of racing game inoperable, foosball table sloped horribly to one side, X box and PlayStation controllers had dead batteries…billiard table has ONE usable stick as there are no tips on 3 others. At night, large roaches ran about the bottom floor. The neighbors….loud screaming children in pool one morning @ 2:30 and another @ 5:30 am… Air conditioning temperature set point limited to 72 on thermostats… Lastly, upon checkout there’s a list of things you’re EXPECTED to do that are undisclosed at booking. You must strip all used beds, gather all towels and start a wash load, clean all dishes and put away, sweep floors, etc…this is on top of the cleaning fee… Honestly, there are other options which allow for a more enjoyable time. My guess is the owner has little to no knowledge of these issues as they hired a management company who could care less about the house….so long as they’re getting their money.
