What about going to Orlando with your family and friends and stay in a gated community, have free access to its brand new clubhouse (gym, heated pool), and enjoy the comfort of this wonderful property? No rear neighbors, the pool is facing south and backs a conservation area. The property is also surrounded by a wonderful garden that makes sure you have full privacy. And that's not all, there are 2 ensuites, and two more rooms sharing a bathroom, an updated kitchen, kitchen nook, dining area, lounge... All of this, a few minutes away from al major attractions. And if you worry about shopping: Walmart is 2 min drive from the house as most of restaurant chains. Treat yourself, book this home and it will guarantee you an amazing vacation.   
  
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:  
\*\* Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. \*\* Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. \*\*\* Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.  
\*\* This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.  
  
What to Expect Before Check-in  
  
Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.  
  
Here’s how it works:  
  
After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.  
  
You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.  
  
For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.  
  
Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.  
  
Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.  
  
Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.  
  
Important House Rules  
  
No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.  
  
Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.  
  
Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.  
  
Security Deposit  
  
$500 for stays up to 28 nights.  
$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.  
  
The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.  
  
Pool Heating (Optional)  
  
Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).  
  
For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.  
  
Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.  
  
Cancellation Policy  
  
By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.  
  
A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).  
  
Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.  
  
We highly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.

#### Ideal Villa

The villa is located in a quiet gated community and half a mile of highway 192\. It's about 20 minutes from Disney and 3o minutes from Universal subject to traffic. It's a single storey villa with a good size pool which in not overlooked as it has tress and plants surrounding it and backs on to a wooden fence. Entry is via a coded door lock. Internally it's your normal American villa, Very clean and tidy, everything works, plenty of crockery and cutlery and includes scirrors, pizza cutter and a normal kettle for us Brits. Televisions in every room with Roko box on each one which allows access to your adverage American TV channels and all Streaming Services with you log into with your own details. We had no issues and no creepy crawlies. The gated community is very well maintaned with daliy refuse collections, We heard no loud parties past 10pm. There is a well stocked gym on site and a communal pool with a small childrens area which is all surrounded by a fence. We tend to visit Orlando every year and have stayed in dozens of villas and this one ranks with the best of them. 10 out of 10.

Enjoyed our family time together and property was just the right size. Property could use some fans since it does not have ceiling fans. Also beds could use new mattresses

#### Good location

Overall we had a good stay at this house. Cons: (1) there were insufficient washcloths for my family. When additional washcloths were delivered they were very thin and looked cheap. (2) We met unpacked trash in the garbage bin outside. Because it was unpacked the garbage collectors never took it which resulted in a very putrid scent. (3) We met what appeared to be a dog treat in the loveseat and an empty plastic water bottle under the large sofa. The house could’ve also used some dusting, especially the stand fan. (4) the AC did not seem to circulate all that well in the master bedroom. While I was able to sleep fairly comfortably, several nights my husband was soaked in sweat and we had to use the stand fan. PROS: (1) excellent and safe location near lots of dining and shopping. (2) The house was beautiful, just as reflected in the photos online. (3) The Management company responded quickly by delivering the extra wash clothes. (4) The club house has an amazing pool. Recommendations: the owners should speak to the cleaners about performing a more thorough cleaning after each guest leaves.

#### Had the best time

Me and my family had the best time. The house was very clean and well-maintained. My kids enjoy the pool definitely didn't want to get out. I would highly recommend this property.
