Visit Universal Studios, Walt Disney World Resort, I-Drive, Harry P Leu Gardens, & more! The perfect place for couples & friends, you will love this private getaway in Winter Park!  
  
Recently upgraded and furnished throughout, this spacious and private one-bedroom apartment features an open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with 54” Roku Smart TV.  
  
Fully appointed modern kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.The bedroom is comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. A twin-sized mattress is available in the closet for guests seeking additional sleeping accommodations.  
  
Guests staying longer than 2 weeks will be required to pay a $50 parking fee and to fill out a parking pass for the HOA. Details are in the house manual.  
  
Spacious living room includes a comfy sleeper sofa, laundry area, and free high-speed WiFi. Outdoor features include a small patio, onsite parking, a community poo, playground, and keyless access.  
  
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on vrbo. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.
