The kitchen and living room have enough space for large families. The kids really enjoyed the game room and movie room. The home is in a great location with a clubhouse that we all really enjoyed. We had a small concern come up during our stay and the owner responded quickly and sent the property manager to address our concerns in a timely manner. Séjour de 3 nuits en janvier 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Alexander T. 24 janv. 2025 Points faibles : Propreté #### good for the price and location property was essentially as advertised.the owner was very prompt with responses and for the most part accommodating. and the house had the essentials (towels, dishes, etc.)the neighborhood is nice and secure/gated. and has a pool and lazy river and stuff at the clubhouse. and if it wasn't for 2 issues would've been 5 stars1st. the place was in need of a good deep cleaning.it was "clean" as far as beds changed, counters wiped, dishes clean, etc. like the normal stuff. but under/behind any furniture or anything was dirty, trash and medication found under couch cushions, or under beds and a few other things. the owner did take it seriously when i told him, but it was still concerning since the house is specifically advertised for families with small children. also a couple smoke detector and door alarm batteries needed changing, washer smelled funky, and a couple other deep cleaning or yearly maintenance type things. . 2nd there was a hurricane during the stay, which obviously is not the owners fault, but it affected our scheduled time to leave and we needed an extra half a day for a couple of the people. despite the fact the house was not booked and thered be no loss to the owner he still wanted a large amount for the extra night. youd think after how much the 2 weeks cost already, and the hurricane and the lack of bookings immediately following he could have been more reasonable. ##### Alexander T. The kids loved the themed bedrooms. The game room was enjoyed by kids and adults alike. We also appreciated the mostly soundproof nature of the game room so the rest of us had some peace and quiet. We never even made it to the community pool because there was so much to do at the house. Highly recommend this for families with kids. ##### Claudia R. The amenities at the oasis club were spectacular, my boys loved the lazy river and water slide, and I liked that the water was heated so I could tolerate it. The house itself is enormous, I kept getting turned around. The themed bedrooms were a big hit. The pool heat is definitely necessary in January, and the hot tub was very relaxing. The owner and property manager were very communicative and easy to contact, and responded promptly which we appreciated. The kitchen could do with some updated utensils and cookware and maybe a pair of scissors but all in all it didn’t detract from our stay. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone especially families with small children. There was a crib, a pack and play, high chair, and sitting chair provided which was great. The pool alarm took some getting used to but I appreciated it being there as it gave me peace of mind, there was no possible way a child was sneaking out back to the pool without us knowing, so I felt very safe having the children there. We only did 2 days of parks snd it was very close by and easy to navigate to, and there were plenty of amenities both at the house and at the oasis club to keep us busy on days we didn’t go to Disney/Universal. ##### Sarah B.
