Parking for 2 bigger vehicles. The first level of this home has 1 bedroom, the kitchen, 1 and half bath and the living area. It is all tile flooring. The couch was dirty when we arrived with hair and a few stains. Off the living area is a very small back patio with a few lawn chairs. We did not use this area as the chairs and concrete were quite dirty. The house had zero essentials, toilet paper, cleaner etc. this was in the description. The second level of the house has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and laundry closet. The entire second floor is carpet beside the bathrooms. The carpet was old and wore out. Needs to be replaced or cleaned. The beds were very comfortable and clean. All the rooms had newer TVs The AC worked great The resort area was excellent. The pool was very nice with no hidden fees. Resort is approximately 35 minutes from Disney area. Overall this is a very functional home and with a little better cleaning and a few minor upgrades this would be a 5 star home.I would stay here again. ##### Brandon J. Everyone was so easily accommodated. We had an issue with the air conditioning that was dealt with promptly.
