We’ll I don’t know where to start.... okay 1st we get there and the house is 76 degrees “Hot” in the freaking house. After calling and complaining with the people overseeing the property they must have done something because the air was able to turn down. I mean I’m on vacation and I wanted to be comfortable! I could walk outside or go in to a steam room if I wanted to sweat. 2nd we go to get ice from the freezer and the dang freezer ice machine doesn’t work! So I call an complain about that, they wanted to send people to work on it why your on vacation there...I didn’t want workers in there while we were relaxing... knowing they had to know that it was already broke. 3rd we walk up to the bedroom and on the nightstand you have a lamp broke in half, yes completely broke just sitting there!! Unbelievable! We reported that also. They half used toilet paper rolls in the bathroom, at least change that when you have a new family coming in! The next morning we went to cook some eggs, no freaking spatula. We were really disappointed in this place. The parking area in front was filthy, trash on the ground every day.
Needless to say we were very unhappy. I don’t look for refunds but I believe after a week there and having all these issues, they should at least refund half the money we spent. I’m know saying no names but you know who you are, when we called to tell y’all what was going on at the rental property.... very rude.
Long story short book somewhere else.. and to the owner please consider half refund and you should really consider a new company to oversee your Home.
