Convenient if you don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on Universal resorts, walkable to the main parks and parking lot. Cleanliness not so much but what do you expect. Rooms can be humid if you don't keep the fan on all day.

The cost point is good for what you will be receiving. Had an amazing time on the vacation because the location was very good but the surroundings are rather sketchy. The tv didn't work then, it was fixed rather quickly, then the remote didn't work. This is a good place to stay for a relatively cheaper updated hotel in Orlando though when you just need a place to sleep and shower. Compared to the yelp reviews this place is slightly better than what I expected.

For a budget hotel the staff was very efficient. The rooms and compound was clean. The pool was heated. Will definitely stay here also would recommend.

No turn down service the three days we stayed. No free towels or wash cloths, what we had we used to clean the floors and bathroom/shower. Over all gross! This place was renovated recently? Really? Same soup different bowl! Beware!

You could hear all the sounds outside, even the conversations, but the worst was that of the cleaning assistant and you could always hear the sound and vibrations of the cleaning cart.

The hotel is okay for a short stay on a budget however there are homeless people whom enter the area and try to use the pulic bathroom hence the pool bathroom gets locked and the front desk staff do not open it so you stuck using one bathroom during your stay. The hotel is off of I4 highway. You can hear the cars zooming by all night. The walls are paper thin and on your first night its a big adjustment to get used to it. The pool area although we did not use it looked clean and well kept. Its not anything special of a hotel so if you looking for aomewhere only to sleep this place will do thankfully that is what we did, only used it as a place to sleep. The cleaning staff are nice mostly everyone in the staff does not speak English and do spanish. They are all courteous.

To begin the property doesn’t look like the photos, upon arrival we were greeted by staff so that was good. When we got to our room it was alright until we got the bathroom. The stainless steel was very rusty almost like it didn’t belong any more. Fast forward to the next morning, I spoke to one of the room service lady’s about getting some towels she said okay on second and never came back to the room. I stepped out and came back still to no towels as well as my room was not cleaned after calling to ask for it to be cleaned and replaced with new sheets. Later on that night I contacted the front desk about towels and the lady was very apologetic, she stated to come back to the front and she will take care of me. Upon arrival to the front seat she acted confused as if she did not get off the phone with me a second before. I was told “all of the wash cloths were dirty” and was handed big dry off towels. Over all I rate this visit a 4 out of 10. Definitely cheap but not worth the inconvenience.

Me and my boyfriend strayed here for a week for spring break it was a wonderful experience. Staff was nice, breakfast was delicious and overall great experience. If want a place within Walking distance of Universal on budget this place is for you. Will definitely be back.

It's fairly a good hotel for this price. Located in a safe and nice area. Staffs were very nice. The room was nice and clean other than few minor issues. It was a nice stay as a whole.

Its conveniently down the street from universals and islands, and for way cheaper a night than other places, its beautiful, its clean, its got very cozy rooms in a quiet area with lots of options around, my only complaint is lack of parking, it has plenty of spaces but they QUICKLY get filled on a weekend night.
